Room was clean and updated. I would have given a 4 star review if it was not for the fact that we could not get wi-fi initially. The only way we could get it was from signing up with Hilton Honors. True....it was free for 7 days but we had to fill out a form to sign up giving access to email and phone and agree to receive promotional ads, etc. It is explained that we could cancel later but this should definitely not be a requirement for something as basic as wi-fi access. Every other facility I have stayed in simply gives you a code. Staff tried to assist by saying that I should use Hilton Lobby instead of Hilton Honors to access but when I attempted that it just gave me an error message. Staff admitted that they too were having issues accessing connection.
