As you turn into our property, heading up the scenic driveway, you will find yourself surrounded by woods and greenery, leading you to your private cottage and yard nestled behind our 1880’s stone farmhouse.

Our property is just a few minutes away from Peddler’s Village where you can walk around and find some great restaurants and shops including some of our favorites: Caleb’s, Buttonwood Grill, Earl’s, Porterhouse and Villaggio. Another favorite is Baci Ristorante & Heart of Oak Pub and also None Such market for your grocery needs. We are also a short drive from Lambertville, New Hope and Doylestown. Recommendations will be left on the welcome desk when you arrive at the cottage.

Fairytale Weekend Getaway
The cottage was even better than what we were expecting! Rustic but with every comfort you could want. We were able to enjoy the outdoor sitting area for morning coffee and our evening wine. The cottage is very private, clean and decorated as if you plucked a picture from a magazine! The wooded landscapes made us feel like we were truly away from the busy world, but when we were ready to be our sociable selves, Peddler's Village and New Hope were nearby! Our hostess was extremely kind and helpful. I feel like Patricia was as excited for us to have an enjoyable stay as we were. We will be back!

Complete Tranquility
We had a simply beautiful, relaxing stay. The pictures capture the essence of the cottage but there is so much more. Patti and Scott have created a space that is a slice of heaven. We needed for nothing. The cottage was immaculately kept. From the drive up to the door , to the cottage itself, Patti decorated every inch as if it should be in a magazine. We loved it and will be returning.

Great stay!
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. It’s an extremely clean and cute cottage! It’s a pretty secluded area but close to the owners property. It was a bit out of the way and you will need to drive everywhere you want to go. The air conditioning is very loud as a heads up but everything else went great.

This is a great property! Very quiet and peaceful. My wife says there is the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. Patricia and her husband are great hosts and I definitely recommend staying with them if you have the opportunity.

Secluded but near everything
Cabin is on beautiful quiet secluded property but still just minutes from everything . Bed was so comfortable and cabin has everything you need.Patricia and Scott were great hosts and were only a text away for any help with anything or recommendations.definitely plan on going back .

New Hope PA disaster
The host apparently does EVERYTHING by texting and NOT telephoning. After making our reservation I was texted where are you coming from? I replied NJ. The description of the property also mentioned if you wanted fresh eggs let the host know, which I did. Another text asked when we would be checking in. I replied between 2 and 3 PM I immediately received a text informing me check in is 3PM. Also this being my first experience with VRBO I requested the address of the property so I could see exactly how far travel time it would be. I only received the address from VRBO the day before we were coming. While driving to the property I again received a text from the host asking my ETA. I did not respond to this as I WAS DRIVING. We arrived at the property at 2:15PM. Upon walking up to the enterance to the unit it had a comb lock on it and no note as to what the combination to enter was, NOR was there any note as to where to get it. As the host lived in a house directly next to the unit, I walked up to the front door of the host's house thinking you have to first check in before you are allowed into the unit. There was no door bell on the front door so I knocked and entered and said HELLO, more than once. The host then came from a back room screaming what are you doing in my house, I was going to call the police. After she finally calmed down we went to the unit and was shown the comb and how to enter the unit. We never received any eggs and the unit smelled musty and damp.

Patricia made us feel right at home!
Patricia is a fantastic host! She met us when we arrived and talked through everything in the cabin to make sure we felt comfortable. She even provided us with farm fresh eggs and fresh donuts for breakfast! The propane fire pit was easy to use and a treat to sit around in the evening. We barely spent any time out and about because we were so comfortable staying in and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone!

Amazing Cottage Stay
Our stay was absolutely fantastic. First of, Patricia was super easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and very accommodating. When we arrived she should us around the cottage and made sure we had everything we needed. We were in town for an event and she provided recommendations on things to do and where to eat, and they were all spot on. The location is ideal to get to many different areas and is set in a very quiet and serene spot. Patricia has paid attention to the smallest of details and the cottage is packed with amenities to make for a very comfortable stay. It's very obvious that a lot of thought and care went into this property. We definitely want to come back.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage. Hosts thought of everything and extremely helpful. The cottage was close to everything we came to see -- Mercer Museum and Fonthill Castle in Doylestown, New Hope and all the great restaurants as well as Peddler's Village. Would definitely recommend.

Long Weekend Wedding
This gem of a property was exactly what we were looking for! Patti and Scott greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know. Relaxing Anniversary Trip
My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in New Hope and had a great time! When we arrived at the cottage, Patricia showed us around and even had a little bottle of champagne in the fridge for us! The following day we booked massages with Patricia (highly recommend! Soooo relaxing!!).. Then we went to Peddlers Village to shop, and at night we had a delicious dinner at Stella (also recommend). Everything in the cottage was clean and cozy. If we ever come back to the area again, I would definitley be booking this cottage again!
