„ Very clean cabin. Big problem is that we did not realize, based on Expedia website, that linens and towels were not included. Luckily, there was a Walmart nearby and we were able to purchase the basics. Later, I did see that an email had been sent to us stating linens were not included, but I missed the email. It would have been helpful to have that noted in big print on Expedia when booking the cabin. “

„This was the perfect place for us and the kids to get away to! The house and surrounding property were absolutely beautiful. Tons of space for the kids to run and play, a huge porch to relax on, and the beds were all so comfortable nobody had any issue sleeping. Will absolutely be back!“

„Three generations enjoyed this beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped home. The property is gorgeous and the home has lots of children's equipment and toys. The owners are extremely responsive which is a change from other VRBOs. If you have a large group and want to be a bit outside of downtown Williamsburg, I would highly recommend this wonderful house. “

„We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! „We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights while in town for a family event with our daughter’s family. Great little place. It does have two bedrooms but only sleeping for 3 adults as the second bedroom has only a daybed. Main bedroom does have a queen size bed. Apartment has a large kitchen but not many utensils. It would be nice if more spoons,forks and cooking utensils were provided to be able to cook eggs etc. Also all pillows were as flat as pancakes. Maybe some new ones would be nice. Also ...

Very quiet neighborhood (however conveniently located near the dumpsters, they pick up about 7am). The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable! Grand appart, parfait avec des enfants.

"Nous étions avec une ado, donc l'appartement d'environ 100m2, les 2 chambres, les 2 salles de bain et l’espace commun étaient idéales. L’appartement est très bien équipé (gros plus avec machine à laver et sèche-linge dans l’appart et micro-ondes, four, toaster …). Les lits sont confortables. Il y a une terrasse qu’on n’a pas utilisé car dès le matin, il faisait trop chaud. On n’a pas utilisé la piscine ni les espaces communs mais il y avait un programme d’activités qu’on n’a pas eu le temps de faire. Le site est joli, propre, vert, calme. L’appartement est plus fonctionnel que joli. Pour le ménage, vous devez payer un supplément. L’accueil est correct mais pas chaleureux. Pas terrible non plus au niveau des infos touristiques locales. Mieux vaut vous renseigner vous-même. Si vous allez au Colonial Williamsburg, achetez les tickets en ligne, c’est 30% moins cher. Vous pouvez aussi visiter la ville sans billet mais vous ne pouvez pas rentrer dans les maisons. A 1 heure vous avez la plage de Virginia Beach. Faites absolument une sortie pour voir les dauphins. Prenez vos tickets à l’aquarium avec le bateau rapide. Sensations garanties. Prenez la dernière sortie (vers 16.00), il y a moins de monde. C’est légèrement plus cher ça vaut son argent. Il y a pas mal de restaurants dans Williamsburg et c’est magnifique. On recommende !"

"The staff at the Graduate Richmond are amazing. The food we had at the rooftop hit the spot. The only ‘negative’ aspect was the fan in the bathroom. Whenever you would turn on the light it started blating. It was quite annoying."
