„First of all i would like to start with saying that the owner of this property is very generous. We walked in and saw a basket filled with snacks, and thank you note. Secondly the communication with the owner was very easy, he easy very helpful. He recommended places to go to and activities we can do in the area. Lastly he is forgiving we caused a small damage, and he forgave us.“

„We found this home to be very well supplied and clean. It was just the perfect place for us to gather for Thanksgiving. Its very comfy-cozy and in a nice neighborhood. The only thing of note is that the upstairs bathroom fan is noisy and we were not left towel sets for the shower in the downstairs bath. However, since there's a washer and dryer, we just washed towels to fix that. Would highly recommend this home.“

„We stayed here for a weekend in the fall to use as a place to stay outside of Indy. It was a beautiful spot, especially with all the fall leaves. The owner was super responsive to any questions I had beforehand. Would definitely recommend!“

„The pictures uploaded are either very old, or doctored. Bed sheets had stains on them with black light. Cameras installed throughout the inside of the home. No running water when we arrived. We checked into a motel, and then owner tried to charge me $2000.00 for "water damage", when there was no running water and we never stayed.“

„We had a good stay at this little place in Englewood. The inside was very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The walking path is nearby, but Main Street is close and traffic can be loud (the reason for the 4 star rating). We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.“

„The property was clean and modern. It was evident that it had been recently renovated and the decor was very nice. The house was adequate for our needs. Some members of our group thought the mattresses were very firm. Bathrooms were nice and the towels were fluffy. “

„The property is amazing. Pictures do not do the gardens justice. The visiting horse and friendly cats were a plus. The pool is cloudy and needs more frequent cleaning than the weekly service due to its location under trees. The outdoor furniture also needs cleaning as do the dishes in the house. But you will hardly notice because the gardens are so well maintained and the hot tub works amazing.“

„The host was very flexible in meeting our needs. There were several spaces to gather - living room, front room, basement, patio. We had eight adults spending the night and while there were more bed spaces, too many more adults would have been a tight fit in the sleeping spaces. Everything we needed was available. Neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking and close by stores. Would definitely stay here again!“

„We were a group of 6 siblings and a couple of their spouses. We had a great time. This is close to everything in Richmond (including Galo’s, a wonderful restaurant) but when at the home you are secluded. We got lots of use of the porch swings, fire pit, outside kitchen, lake (fishing), outside dining, etc. everything was as described and the host was amazing. Kevin and Chris treated us like family. “
