„While there wasn't a ton of snow, the property offered other adventures, such as walking the trail to the food trucks, playing capture the flag in the woods, and building a fort from fallen tree limbs. We all had a blast!“

Its an easy drive to recreational areas of Ski Apache and the nearby snow tubing place.Pros - The main floor and upper floor look new and upgraded. The deck has great views. Cons - The basement could use a slight face lift. The final climb to the front of the garage is tricky and could be outlined in the welcome package instructions. „Even better located than some ski in / ski out. Perfect location for a group or family, as people can pop in for ski breaks without having to coordinate the group. Hot tub worked great. The first level has 2 bedrooms and 2 showers: one with King bed, the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total). The second level has 2 bedrooms and 1 shower: both bedrooms have a queen bed. „Absolutely amazing and beautiful property. Comfy beds too. All the supplies you need in kitchen to cook, Regular coffee pot and a Keurig which was a huge plus as my family uses both. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash supplied in each bathroom. No issues with streaming or wifi. TV's in all rooms which is huge for us. Only downfall is you enter on ground floor where there is 1 bedroom and the kitchen, livingroom and 3 bedrooms are upstairs so we had to carry groceries and luggage upstairs. we ...

„Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this cool home with a great vibe! The views are spectacular. The weather was kind of wonky it was 20* freezing one day, so so windy the next and snow the next. Everyone enjoyed warming up in the hot tub. Sitting by the fire and doing art around the big family table. We will definitely rent again.“

„The property itself was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room in this house for us all to move around and have our own space. The only thing better than the house was the view from the balcony and the hot tub. You will definitely need 4 wheel drive, if there is snow on the ground, to get to and from the house. “
