We needed an accomodation for our family of 4 which provides a washing machine and a pool. We received a text that the pool won’t be available during our stay on the same day we were checking in. The reception lady called her boss and we were told that all infos were available on the website, as well as shared to the booking platforms. Neither was true. We were offered to use another hotel‘s pool (for limited time and days), which is not located within a walking distance from Holy Angels. Since we didn’t have a car, this would be highly inconvenient. So we tried to cancel this hotel and looked for another. After being on the phone with Expedia‘s relocation service for an hour, we gave up.
A few days later we saw other guests using the pool. We were wondering whether the pool was ready for use but we haven’t got the info. This happened a few days. During the day there were never anybody at the reception (we called a number stated there but couldn’t reach anybody). So not only that we weren’t allowed to use the pool but the kids were forced to see how the pool was used (probably illegaly) and nothing was done about it.
There are two bedrooms in the unit so it accomodates four people but there were only sets of cutlery and plates for 3.
The light in on of the bathrooms was out. In the middle of the night thick liquid dripped down from the ceiling where the light is. It was loud and pretty disgusting. We asked for maintenance, someone came but it was never repaired.
