The space
As you walk inside this cozy bungalow you will find the living room, designed with your comfort in mind. Lounge in the large leather sectional to watch a movie on the 58” smart TV equipped with all the streaming apps for you to log into. The futon folds out into an additional sleeping space for one.

Off the foyer you will find the primary bedroom with a canopy king bed and large antique desk. Get a great nights sleep with the blackout curtains and Tempurpedic mattress. This bedroom also features a private full bathroom and walk-in closet.

You'll have everything you need to cook delicious meals in the spacious kitchen. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven with four burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender and all the pots and pans you need to prepare dinner. Then sit down for a family meal at the large dining table, with seating for 10 people.

Off the dining room you will find the second full bath and primary bedroom. This bedroom has its own entrance to the fenced in backyard. It’s large windows illuminate the space, perfect for using the vanity/desk. Simply pull the blackout curtains for a restful nights sleep.

Down the hall from the kitchen is the third king bedroom. This bedroom features a British colonial style. Relax in bed with a soft pillow top mattress.

Next door you’ll find the third full bathroom with a bathtub and all the essentials (hairdryer, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps).

Right off the kitchen is the bright and airy sunroom which leads out to the pool and backyard. It has been converted into a bedroom with a queen bed and a single twin futon. This space has its own window ac unit and portable space heater. You will find the separate laundry room here with a full sized washer and dryer.

Step out back into the private fully fenced backyard oasis, perfect for your well behaved pup. Relax in the hammock or take a dip in the inground kidney bean pool. Sear some steaks on the charcoal grill and enjoy a meal around the large patio table. After dinner unwind with an evening around the fire pit with a beer in hand.
