This 3 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2.5 baths. You will love lounging on the oversized screened patio which is accessed by both bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine treehouse feel and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. Lovely Beach Weekend
We had a fantastic time. The host was great about communicating with us as we had a few different questions leading up to our trip. The condo was clean and exactly as shown online. The community was also very clean and full of wonderful people. Everybody was very friendly. It is a quick walk to the non drive beach with is perfect. The pools were also a great option to break up the day. We will definitely be back!

Close to the beach
The condo was nice and clean! The walk to the beach was very short which was nice. It had plenty of beach chairs and other things that you might want for the beach. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the master suite was switched with the smaller bedroom which made it very cramped and the kids had the bigger bathroom and more space.

My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to new Smyrna's shopping area. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large screen porch made a wonderful gathering area in the evening. Nice, quiet community with pools and other amenities nearby.

Wonderfu Stay!
The condo is so nice with everything we needed! There are lots of useful kitchen items and tons of beach toys for use that our kids loved and beach chairs etc. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We had a fabulous time and made tons of family memories. We would love to stay there again!

Peaceful in the ‘Sea Woods’
The location was very peaceful tucked in amongst the trees and very close to the beach. If you like nature I highly recommend this place. Unit was clean with good amount of home amenities if you like to cook your own meals. And thank you for having a smart TV that includes Roku.

Perfect spot for a family long weekend
Karen’s place hit all the marks for our family getaway. We loved the floor plan and convenience of the condo and the Sea Woods amenities. A close walk to the very peaceful beach made our days easy. The beach toys and boogie boards the condo provided were such a treat! After exploring Flagler Avenue and the Dunes park it was really nice to return to the quiet and comfort of Donna’s place. We’ll definitely return!
