„Great accommodations from Chip and Kathy. In addition, they live nearby which is great in case anything pops up. Wood stove was already on when we arrived which was warm and cozy. House is right off of Rt 27 with about a 30 minute ride to the Sugarloaf base lodge. Will definitely stay there again.“

„We really enjoyed the property. The interior was nicely updated. The fire pit on the shore was perfect. The ride to Sugarloaf was a little further than expected but the coziness of camp made up for it. Will definitely consider another stay at this property.“

„The house & deck were very nice with beautiful view of the lake. It could use some typical amenities like tissues, hair dryer, etc. The main problem is getting to the house. It’s a 3/4 mile drive down a narrow stone road riddled with potholes and bumps. I was afraid I was going to do damage to the rental car and that’s driving at or lower than the 15mph speed limit! “

„This house was PERFECT for my friends and I during Reggae Fest! Hot tub and outdoor space was incredible, and the whole house’s layout was perfect. Location was stellar and just steps away from the shuttle route. Hope to stay here again and again!“

„This cabin has a nice open layout, great for hanging out, nice amenities including a well-stocked pantry. Pretty walk down to the lake, nice neighborhood in both directions. We had a great time. Only issue was that I suffer from COPD and mildew in a bedroom closet affected my breathing, please just be aware.“

„We really loved our stay at this woodsy Maine cabin in Chesterville. It had such a warm & cozy feel, even though it has such high ceilings. It's also in view of the small lake, with a huge wrap around porch & plenty of places to sit & look out. The indoor fire place/wood stove was wonderful & we used it daily. Wood was stocked. Lots of little touches were so fun, like the s'mores supplies & games, puzzles, binoculars, books, lil nooks to relax, etc. We would definitely return!! Just be careful ...

„Great stay, perfect location - skied both Sugarloaf and Saddleback. Clean, large home. Loved being near the hiking/XC trails! Suggestions: need large pot for pasta, a working can opener, had to buy dishwasher detergent, squeaky bunk beds ( not sure what you could do about that ).Would return!“

„This was an amazing spacious home the price was so worth it . There is a 2 bay garage for any out door activities when it's raining. they have a grill as well as a fire pit. There is a 20x30 fenced in area with a doggy door for your dogs this made it so convenient for vacationing. The bathtub down stairs is amazing with the jets and can fit two people. I have a family of 9 and we stayed comfortably...their is fishing spots in the area and your about and hour from Augusta and an hour and a half ...
