The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet. There were several outdoor areas and we did use the one deck. „I only got three days for my vacation this year and really wanted something different. This little cottage is truly a solitary getaway - and yet, in the midst of a working farm!! It is brand new and set up for every convenience. The sourdough bread and farm-fresh eggs were such a great extra and SO good!! „We loved this property! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family! Kitchen stocked (needs a can opener!) The Mercantile and Outdoor live music are a must! Farm Stand was stocked and provided fresh corn for a meal! Would definitely stay again m, if back in area!“

„The house was well stocked and very clean. Everything was easy to use; tv, dishwasher etc. The beds were awesome comfy. Plenty of hot water for showers. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to the house. I had problems using the Vrbo app, so staying in touch with the host was hit and miss for a day or so. Don’t know if the hacking of Microsoft or others had anything to do with that. If not, Vrbo needs to fix the app messaging.“

„We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. “
