This apartment was conveniently located. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great, but it took the water a few minutes to get hot, and the bathrooms were very cold, but beautiful. The host was very accommodating. We will stay here again.

Amazing property in a great location!

I cannot say enough about this place! When comparing with other midtown NYC VRBO options, note that some are hotels offering 2 rooms with fewer amenities, and no guarantee that the rooms will be connected. This unit allows your family to stay together in comfort with MANY amenities. It is in a perfect location on a friendly street in Midtown. The restaurants located just outside the door are great, midtown attractions are within easy walking distance, and the Metro is a five minute stroll down 51st. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Amazing Location & Great Stay!!

Very cool neighborhood, near lots of cool spots (less than 2 block walk from bars, CVS, bodegas, bakeries, you name it). The property itself has tons of beds, a cool living room/kitchen area, it is very clean, and it had all the necessaries (towels, towel paper, blankets). 9 guys stayed here and we had more than enough room. Will come back if we have another bachelor party

Great location-a little difficult to find the front door. Spacious, newly renovated. No microwave Excellent rooftop “patio” space, but difficult to access. Good hot water Small master bath but other bathrooms huge. Overall excellent stay for our group of 6 adults, although upstairs guests were very noisy

BIG space that felt like home!

We were lucky to find this place! We have a large family (7 kids) and wanted to find a space we could live in (not just exist) while visiting NYC. The location is PERFECT. The house has lots of space. There are two separate units in the building plus a business on the street level (that never seemed to be open). The street is quite noisy, but most in the city are. Overall we would stay here again for sure!!

Nestled right in the heart of New York City, this property exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the sheer space. Being in the center of the city meant we were just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite the vibrant energy of the neighborhood, the duplex itself was a quiet retreat, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was meticulously clean and well-maintained. From the cozy living area to the modern kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, if you're looking for a spacious, stylish, and perfectly located stay in NYC, this duplex is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to book again!
