„It was wonderful to be nestled into a neighborhood in Brooklyn, where we easily found food at local cafes and grocery stores and transit into the City. The brownstone has been beautifully restored. We were comfortable in all the rooms and soothed by the ambiance.“

„This was the quintessential New York City experience! The apartment is on a high floor with a view to the Hudson and NJ on one side and the Empire State Building and Midtown on the other. There is a Whole Foods a few blocks away, so we stocked up there. Penn Station is a block and a half away, which was incredibly helpful when I left and had to get to JFK airport. We walked to Hudson Yards for dinner and a show at The Shed. I would definitely stay here again.“

„Accurate listing, great location. We were traveling with one in wheelchair and the elevator that was working was so small we had to get him out of the chair in order to use it. The other elevator was not in service and we were promised it would be fixed the second day but it was not. There was a couple of nails poking out of the floor in our room that we put a towel over so as not to step on. It is a cool old building with lots of history though. “

The location was great as it was centrally located to all the areas we were visiting and close to our friends who live in Newburgh. The views of the Hudson River and the mountains were beautiful! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the fenced-in backyard provides a good feeling of privacy, though we spent all our time indoors.
