‘Bay View’ – our holiday home in Newbiggin-By-The-Sea on the seafront with breath taking, uninterrupted sea views from the lounge, two front bedrooms and lawned gardens. Fantastic sunrises and you can hear the waves rolling in along the shoreline. Keep an eye out for the dolphins which are regular visitors to the bay. The beach is accessed via the garden down a few steps to the promenade. The promenade runs right round the bay and is traffic free.
Maximum occupancy is five persons which includes all children. It is best suited to couples and families; we do not accept renters under 25, this is a non-smoking home and we do not allow pets of any type. This is a residential area with full time neighbours and we do not permit parties or hen/stag groups.
We have furnished the house to a high standard with gas central heating and solid oak furniture throughout. The living and dining room is open plan with a free-standing log burner, large smart tv and very comfy seating. There is a six-seater oak dining table in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Everything you need for a comfortable break in an idyllic setting.
The master bedroom with a comfy king size oak bed and furniture, has spectacular panoramic sea views from the bay window. Bedroom 2 has a double oak bed and furniture whilst bedroom 3 is a single room with those fabulous sea views. The spacious bathroom with over the bath electric shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Externally there is garage parking to the rear of the property for a small to medium size car or street parking for larger cars, but on street parking is very limited and we are mindful of the neighbours who live there all year round. The lawned gardens and patio seating to the front of the property give you a place to soak up the amazing views and watch the world go by. In the rear of the property is a paved courtyard area with a dining table with seating for four. We have installed external security cameras one overlooking the front garden and one overlooking the courtyard.
