„Absolutely lovely spot. We were lucky with the weather and had the place to ourselves. The property is rustic, environmentally friendly, and hosts Sophie and Paul were relaxed and welcoming. We had our own garden area. It was really handy for the beaches around Newquay and Cardigan. We loved it. All the facilities we needed, comfortable and cosy. Plus pigs and donkeys! Perfect for us.“

„The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . “

„My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. „A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future.“

„Wir haben die eine Woche im Cottage sehr genossen. Die Ruhe ist herrlich! Trotzdem das Cottage so abgelegen ist, sind die nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Die nähere und weitere Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir haben viele Tagestouren unternommen und die schönen Örtchen erkundet, im Meer gebadet und den Küstenwanderweg (einen kleinen Teil) erwandert. „Beautiful place to stay, fantastic facilities, fantastic site and views. The only downside I found was not being able to check in till 16:00, and having to be out for 10am. No real time to have a nice chilled out morning and enjoy the surroundings, and 3 dirty pans in the kitchen. Also broken glass out by the hot tub and a bottle full of cigarette ends. But other than that we loved it and would 100% recommend and stay again. “

„We stayed 4 nights in this very nice cottage and explored the Pembrokeshire Coast! Nice hikes directly from the cottage possible. The Cottage is well equipped and we didn‘t miss anything. More than enough space for 2 adults, all functional and with love to details. Garden with Alpakas nearby was great, Charly the dog of the owners a funny and well educated one. Thanks Martha for your hospitality! Marc and Maria“

Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. „This accommodation is okay for one person only staying 1-2 nights and living on nearby takeaways but beyond that you wish you had access to a microwave even just for the basic of meals plus a small fridge for keeping milk fresh because the accommodation is very small and basic with only a bed, shower and a toilet plus there's a kettle and a TV. Off topic i would recommend ear plugs if you're not an early riser because the passing traffic outside can be loud.“

„We stayed for a long weekend. Everything was as you would expect, nice and clean. On the Saturday night we realised we had no hot water, at 9:00 on the Sunday morning we phoned the number out of the information pack and immediately someone came round, she couldn’t fix it straight away and we were giving options of other properties available and we’re moved straight away.
