Welcome to Sunset on the Esplanade! This beautiful apartment accommodates 2 Guests in total, set high above Newcastle water ways and city centre, situated on the 12th floor. Conveniently located across the road from the ocean’s edge, at Newcastle beach and ocean baths, as well as being within a short walk to the city centre of Newcastle.

The water view from this property, really is second to none, with views all the way down the Esplanade from all angles within the property. You really cannot get much closer to perfect, whether it be that perfect beach side holiday, or that romantic getaway for two.

Accessible by lift, and with secure underground parking, our owners really have thought of everything when fitting out this apartment, set with full Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, and the added bonus from the sea breeze, when fully opening the louvers in the enclosed balcony. Sunset on the Esplanade is tastefully decorated with quality contemporary furnishings and fittings, throughout, a queen bed in the main bedroom, made up with quality linen and towels for your comfort, substantial sized dining and living area, everything is brand new and ready for your stay. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with top quality products, stainless steel oven and stove top, and the bathroom is stylish and modern, providing all the modern comforts for your stay.

Lay back in the comfort of your bed on those summer mornings, and enjoy the ocean blue sky views, the building tops and the ocean views beyond whilst inhaling the fresh ocean breeze off the water and the crispness of the morning air as the sun rises. Great location
Perfect small but well-designed and comfortable studio. Great location for walking everywhere within the Newcastle East and city centre precincts with wonderful beaches, the pool, coastal walk, restaurants and cafes. Lovely outlook over Newcastle - we had a perfect view of the NYE fireworks! We left the car in the carpark for most of the time and went on foot. Everyone we encountered in the building was friendly. The only downside was the construction happening and no shutters on the balcony for the afternoon sun but that's temporary. Would stay again.

A lovely place, good enough for a short stay
It was a lovely little place. Reasonably clean, have everything we need, nice view especially in the evening, when it's windy, the whole building is like a wind tunnel, quite noisy. It would be great if you can add a couple of more power points, especially near the dining table, the bathroom basin water doesn’t go down as quickly as it should. Except that, it's all good.
