„Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The only downside was in the bathroom. Someone tall must of mounted the shower gel/shampoo and conditioner bottles. Barely could reach them. Towels were on a rack up high. Almost had to stand on the toilet to reach them. 6 feet up.“

„The facility is old, the exterior doors at the alternate entrances didn’t close securely. The main door to my room required a bit of force to open and had to be pulled closed to secure. The floor of my first floor room and the hallway had spongy spots. It appears the ownership has changed recently and they are actively working on fixing things. It was a rook for me to sleep while on town for business. But the other facilities around the area are in better condition“

„We came to Emporia for the Shrine Bowl. The location was perfect for the football game, showcase and the parade downtown. There is a little grocery store right around the block. And a coffee shop just a short walk away. Everything was clean and so cute. We enjoyed this so much. The smart TV was placed between the two bedding areas so we were also able to enjoy two family movie nights. Highly suggest the spot for anyone visiting ESU or the Main Street!“

„The house was very cozy but not at all small. It was just what our family needed. The backyard was beautifully decorated with vintage items. It was wonderful to hang out on the porch in the morning and enjoy a quiet start to the day. As it was in our case the extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage was a life saver as we had transported a rather large wedding cake and needed to store it til the next day. It was perfect!!“

„The property is beautiful and private! The house is very accommodating with 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have multiple beds. Plenty of space for both families in our group! There is a gravel boat ramp at the end of the road making access to the lake very easy. Kristy was very helpful and kind. Everyone loved it and had a great time! 10 out of 10 recommend!“
