Dieses Haus in Newport Beach liegt nur einen Häuserblock vom Strand entfernt und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Strandleben mit Stil zu erleben. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 Badezimmern in fantastischer Lage in der Nähe von fantastischen Restaurants, Stränden, Bars und Aktivitäten

Platz-
Moderner Strand-Chic verbindet sich mit einer einladenden Atmosphäre. Unser Raum bietet alles, was Sie suchen, vom hellen, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, den verteilten Schlafzimmern über Treppen, um Ihnen die nötige Privatsphäre zu bieten, und unserer offenen Küche, in der Sie gesellig sein können, während Sie eine Mahlzeit für die Familie oder Freunde zubereiten. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu unserer schön großen Terrasse auf der Vorderseite, wo Sie grillen, Corn Hole spielen oder sich bei Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein entspannen können. Sorry KEINE HAUSTIERE, auch für den Tag nicht zu besuchen.

Das gesamte Haus ist mit Ausnahme der Garage zugänglich. Wir haben eine sehr strenge NO House Party Regel. Wenn die Bullen aus irgendeinem Grund kommen, werden Sie vertrieben und Ihre Sicherheitskräfte wegen der Geldstrafe in Newport Beach abgeschoben. Bitte lesen Sie die Regeln sorgfältig durch.
Stadtteilübersicht-
Das Hotel liegt in Gehweite zu allen Aktivitäten, die diese schöne Strandstadt zu bieten hat, von mehreren Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nur einen Block vom Sand entfernt können Sie sich in der Sonne entspannen und in wenigen Minuten eine schnelle Limonade oder Pause einlegen. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Vielzahl von Strandmieten zum Surfen, Paddeln, Strandkreuzern, Kajakfahren und Duffy-Mieten (Elektroboote), um mit Ihrer Familie den Hafen zu erkunden.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay, one block from the beach. Great for walks, close the store and restaurants. The beds are comfortable. Very nice to have while on the road. I would stay here again. No issues. Maybe grab some single coffee for the machine if you your going be be here for a few days.

Great Place. Great Location.
Been coming to Newport all my life. This place exceeded expectations. Responsive manager. Clean and well maintained. Nicer than the pictures. Beds were comfortable, linens in good shape (that is a regular problem with rentals in the area). Had one issue with an appliance but was resolved quickly. Good central location, though renters next door were less than courteous (just bad luck, nothing the owner can do about that). Parking is a pain, the carport was a must. Fit our Expedition Max but just barely. Anything larger would not fit. Really nothing to complain about. We have 5 kids from 5 to 16 years old. Stayed in more than a dozen places on the Peninsula and this is the first time I've seriously considered re-booking the same place.

Such great location, size, and quality. Even better than expected!
My stay with friends was lovely. The location can’t be beat - 5 min walk to the beach and the nearest grocery store, making it so convenient! The house itself was beautiful. Very spacious and even larger than it looks in photos. Overall very happy with our stay and I’d love to come back!

Perfect Spot On The Peninsula and Walking Distance to Everything!
The best location! We went back and forth from the house to the beach all day. Walking distance to Lido Village, the pier, and all other popular restaurants/bars in Newport. The place was very clean and check in/check out process was seamless. We enjoyed the outside patio, access to washer and dryer, beach towels and toys, and the open kitchen/living room area. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place!

Fun Stay in Newport
We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The house met our needs as a family of 6 with 4 teenage and early 20's kids. The location was a lot of fun. Quick walking distance to the beach, Newport Pier, Lido, stores and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Only downsides: parking more than one car is a bit challenging in the busy summer months, so that takes a bit of effort, but not impossible. Patio area had not been cleaned when we arrived, so took a bit to just get that ready to use. Perhaps the owner just needs to tell cleaning staff to cover that area, because the inside was clean when we arrived. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Wonderful home
We loved our stay! The house was wonderful and presented as described. The layout had the bedrooms on the second floor (shifted towards the back of the property) with the family room and kitchen on the first. This layout made the property quiet for those wanting to sleep earlier than others wanting to stay up later. Street parking was on the other side of the street where the property sits allowing the outdoor patio area open and not crowded with cars. We were able to park our vehicle in the space provided with the property which was nice. The location was convenient to shopping or the beach ~ a 5 min walk. Towels and other basic items (TP, trash bags, shampoo) were provided. Master bed was very comfortable. Suggest a few more pots and baking dishes. Alex was a great host and responded quickly ~ faster than most property managers in the area when initially inquiring. We were in the area for my daughter's post-surgery recovery. Even under the unusual circumstances, we had a great time. I recommend this property!

We had a great experience
The property is beautiful and well kept. The description of the home is accurate. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Don't forget to watch the sunset on the sand. It was very special. We went during a very unexpected but very hot heat wave. The downstairs and master bedroom stayed very cool. The secondary bedrooms were a bit warm. If it was not so hot outside - this would not have been an issue. The property is very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the property.

Great location for the beach
The property was ideally located, one block from the beach and close to the local supermarket. Newport Beach was a great place to spend the last few days of our trip around California, relaxing with that “Californian beach” vibe Great BBQ to use when we arrived home in the evening Could have done with some wine glasses and a kettle at the property although we coped with the microwave and other glasses at the property. There wasn’t any beach towels as advised but we had our own so no problem. On the last day the next residents arrived before we checked out and before the cleaners had been in, which was strange, but as we were close to leaving and they were quite relaxed it didn’t really cause a problem, not sure how this happened but could have been awkward Overall though a great property and location

The location of this property was excellent. It was close to restaurants, shops and especially the beach. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house left much to be desired. I truly dislike writing less than positive reviews, and I'm hoping that they were just not aware of the state of the rental. The floors were sandy and grimy (this was before we visited the beach), the bathroom mats were questionable and one of the bedroom fans was covered in inches of dust. But the worst thing to discover as we were checking under beds getting ready to leave, was a face mask, empty beer bottle, and I guess we should be thankful someone used "protection" but for heavens sakes clean up after yourselves! We are still dealing with pandemic issues, and this really is not acceptable. Hopefully they will reevaluate the cleaning service they use, and others will not have these same problems.

Problem with Rodents/poor customer service.
I picked this place because of the location. We were celebrating our Father's bday here. I've rented from many VRBO's elsewhere and I have to say that the level of customer service was poor. Positives: -Comfortable living room couch -Wide open space living room/Kitchen -Working appliances -Location Negatives: -Rodents in the upper kitchen cabinets-one night we heard them during dinner and thought they were going to fling out of the cabinets. Told the owner-she said she will exterminate the next day when we were leaving. So, what do we do all night when everyone is scared they are going to come out of the cabinets? That's just poor service. She needs to get new housekeepers..obviously, they are not doing their job when there are cereal boxes left from other renters and bites have been taken out of the boxes in the cabinets. I question how clean the beds are if the housekeepers didn't know about the rodents. -They make you take the trash bins out to the yellow line (there were 6 large trash bins), start the dishwasher, start the laundry, take all of the linens off the bed. (What's the point of paying for maid service when you're doing everything for them? ) -Patio (in the front was being renovated and the owner didn't disclose early enough, so it was too late to look into something else). The patio is an entrance from street parking so we had to walk all the way around the perimeter of the house to get to the entrance which was extremely inconvenient. -only ONE CARPORT slot (picture is misleading) -Limited supplies-had to bring own toilet paper and paper towels just in case we ran out. -no hair shampoo/conditioner and a travel size only body wash in the upstairs bathroom. Travel size body wash won't take care of 4 grown adults. -upstairs bathroom door gets stuck (difficult to pull and push the door) This needs attention. -The neighbors were having a loud party on Saturday night and was really loud. -The inability to use certain appliances in the house such as the stereo (it states on the stereo to not touch it and you can't plug your media into the slots, there are directions when you get inside the house NOT to do it). -Pictures are misleading, just make sure you read the reviews. The pictures make it look like they are ON THE beach. They are ONE BLOCK away. False advertisement with the pics. -Too many restrictions and poor attention to customer service.

Great Newport Stay
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The location was convenient as it literally was 1 block away from the beach, as well as a shopping center that included Pavillions and various eateries. Getting to places by foot was a real highlight for me because parking was pretty difficult. We didn’t have to drive once the whole weekend and again, that was a treat. The owner, Jordan, was very responsive and left easy instructions for using the home. I really loved how the place included beach items, such as.. chairs, bikes, and towels. We enjoyed it all!

Conveniently Located, Clean
While there were challenges with hot water, the owners were quick to get back to me. The home was clean when we arrived and very conveniently located. Everything is walking distance, beach is very close. Quiet area too. AC wasn't working well in the far back room where bunkbeds are but I didn't even expect to have any AC so close to the water. Alex and Jordan were very pleasant to deal with. Would stay here again.

Amazing House, Amazing Location
This house was absolutely perfect. First of all, it is legitimately one block away from the beach; just cross the street and you're there. It was also extremely clean and ready to go by the time we got there. It comfortably slept 8 people as advertised, the kitchen was fully functional and all bathrooms had been cleaned recently. The front porch was also a fun place to hang out and Jordan was very responsive and easy to work with. I cannot recommend this house highly enough.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Perfect location to roam the area and enjoy the ocean. Lived the house, very accommodating. Nice to have access to Patio, bbq and bikes. All the comforts we were looking for. Owners were very responsive to our needs while we were there. Exit/clean up upon leaving very minimal and fair. Some creature comforts could be better addressed: bath & body soap, more towels and places in bathroom to hang them as well as coffee mugs for the entire group. (Sleeps 8). Overall, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. Jordan & Alex were wonderful to deal with.
The parking is a plus. Everything is in walking distance. The house is a 100% comfortable! Would stay their again in a heart beat!!
