Oceanfront Beach House auf der Promenade

Dieses wunderschön gelegene Anwesen befindet sich am Wasser. Gehweg und Sand vor Schritt. Eine Terrasse zum Sonnen und Essen. Ideal für Familien.
Ozeanschwimmen mit Rettungsschwimmerstand vor. Fishing Pier, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bucht und Boots- und Fahrradverleih innerhalb weniger Blocks.

Dies ist eine Maisonette. Die untere Einheit mit 4 Schlafzimmern ist das ganze Jahr über verfügbar
Schön eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet. Parkplatz für ein Auto.
Wir können 8 Personen unterbringen. Voll ausgestattete Küche und einige Strandtücher, Stühle und Sandspielzeug auf dem Grundstück.
Die obere Einheit kann von Gästen belegt werden - Sie können mehr über die obere Einheit erfahren (Vollhausmiete bei VRBO 16783 51Dreamy Ocean Views). Die Gäste können die Anwesenheit von Mietern im Obergeschoss mit Außeneingangstür und Gehweg fühlen. Patio Platz ist nur für Gäste im Erdgeschoss. Das beste Merkmal ist die Terrasse am Strand!

2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 2 mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten.

Ein Parkplatz hinter dem Haus steht den Mietern zur Verfügung. Ansonsten ist das Parken an der Straße kostenlos und die Stadtgebühr beträgt 4 Häuserblocks in der Nähe der Fähre nach Balboa Island, der Fun Zone und dem Balboa Pier. Kurzer Fußweg zu Restaurants, Fischerbooten und Catalina Cruiser. Oder leihen Sie sich ein Fahrrad und fahren Sie auf der Promenade nach Lido Island oder Huntington Beach.
Keine Partys, kein Rauchen und leider keine Haustiere. Wir haben langjährige Nachbarn und Gäste im Obergeschoss - deshalb bitten wir darum, dass es um 21 Uhr zu einer ruhigen Stunde geht!

A great place

We love this beach house!
This was our second time staying at the property and our family absolutely loves it. Our children ask to go back all the time. The location is perfect and walkable to do many places. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need!

Perfect for Multi-Generation
Ann's place worked out so well for our three-generation trip, 6 adults. There was plenty of space for us to be together, plus enough bedrooms for us to each have some privacy. Everything was clean and the location was very safe. The beach was never crowded and the boardwalk was very quiet on weekdays. If you have a larger vehicle, the parking spot out back is a little tight to get in and out of, but do-able. We would definitely stay again.

Our group of 7 loved our full day on the beachfront patio after spending a couple days at Disneyland. Host Anne is super responsive and the house was stocked with all the basics. The beautiful CA sunset was the icing on the cake!

A place of our dreams
We LOVE returning to this spot in Newport Beach each year! All of our family truly looks forward to it. It is in the best location within close walking distance to the beach (it is on the beach and boardwalk), close to the pier, the Fun Zone, the Ferry! This 'home away from home' is immaculate! It is modernized with furnishings, appliances, the bedding is heavenly. In front of the apartment is a wonderful patio with two tables and two umbrellas where we all hang out during the daytime! There is a BBQ, kayak, beach toys for kids, and beach chairs. We have always found the owner, Ann, to be very receptive to our questions or needs. For example, we found the blender had been cracked and unusable. We contacted Ann and the next day, a new one was delivered to our door at the beach. We always get one parking spot behind the house but free parking on the street nearby is easy enough. (Note: There in no parking on Monday during certain hours, and on the other side of the street on Wednesday when the street sweeper comes back the alternate day.) Also, one day when we are down there, we invite our entire extended family to come down and have a bonfire on the beach.It is so easy to secure a fire ring during the week. We look forward to going back next year!!

I had an incredible stay at this beachfront property hosted by Ann. Her responsiveness to our needs ensured a comfortable experience. The beds were cozy, and the spacious layout provided ample room for our family of 6. The beachfront location was unbeatable, and the place was impeccably clean with all the essentials. The highlight (other than Ann) was the perfect patio furniture, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the beach and people-watch. Great stay!
What a great stay! The house fit our two families just perfect! Being on the bike path and watching the sun rise and set was great! We paddle boarded in the harbor, watched dolphins from the pier, and enjoyed a day at Catalina Island. The house was clean and bright. Great to BBQ in the evening with a cocktail and soak it all in. Hope to stay again soon! Ann was great and answered all of our questions right away. Thanks again!

We go back every year!
Love our stay at this beautiful, clean place on the boardwalk. The place is beautifully appointed. It is near the pier, fun zone, on the beach, swings and playground equipment, near the ferry. It is right in the heart of every thing. There are volleyball nets and fire rings that are in nearby eyesight. Communication with the owner is very easy and she is always ready to accomodate. There is a (small) walled-in patio with seating and umbrella coverings so you can sit outside and relax. There is a BBQ too. It was great that she had additional outdoor folding beach chairs (on the side of the house), that we could take down to the water's edge. (Next year we won't have to bring our own beach chairs that take up so much room in our car!) There were even sand toys, pails and toy shovels for the little ones on the side of the house.We were allowed one parking space, but our guests could find plenty of free parking on the street DURING the week. There is a washer and dryer (bring your own soap).
