This sanctuary will lift your spirits while you gaze out the large windows at the lush greenery and are relaxed by the peaceful sounds of the gentle waterfall from the stream below. Nestled in a quiet, pristine, prestigious neighborhood; we welcome you to relax, take in this dreamy paradise, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. You are welcome to enjoy the scenic yard and common outdoor areas on the property including picturesque outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs in the yard. BBQ grill is welcome to our guests. Your suite includes a private deck and quaint outdoor dish washing station for your convenience. A short walk to famous beaches and the upscale yet adorable Corona Del Mar village with amazing restaurants and shops. Walk 10 minutes to Little Corona Del Mar State Beach and only a few minutes drive to Crystal Cove and Pelican Hill. Kitchenette amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Whether a romantic getaway, solo workation, or friends’ retreat, whatever your reason you will find the beautiful surroundings therapeutic and perfect for self care. Beautiful property but beware of loud guests
The property is gorgeous, it is very peaceful and feels like you’re in a jungle. However, it appears there are multiple separate units stacked on each other and we were in the lower one. The 2nd and 3rd floor were a very loud and obnoxious family, and unfortunately you can hear everything through the floors. When I messaged the host one evening that my husband and I were trying to relax while they were upstairs yelling and repeatedly walking up and down the stairs, he responded promptly and asked them to quiet down. However, we were woken up the next morning by the upstairs guests screaming and cursing at each other. Not pleasant and not relaxing. We were here for two nights and had to deal with this our entire stay. Could be a different experience with respectful guests but due to risking experiencing this again, we will not be staying here in the future unless we coordinated with friends/family to book all the units.

Quant space set amongst the trees and small stream. Close to everything in Newport. Walls are thin, so we had to be neighborly and keep the noise down, but still had a wonderful stay here.

Loved the place, too bad we couldn't stay and enjoyed it more as we were too busy doing other things. One little thing only is that we were on the bottom guest house and people staying above us had kids and they were a bit noisy. But other than that everything was great. This was a great space to relax! It was clean, comfortable and stylish. The backyard and patio were great for meals and enjoying some coffee in the morning. The stream was very calming too! We had a really easy check-in progress. My only regret is that we left some dishes in the house because we were rushing trying to check out on time. Sorry about that! Beautiful stay <3

Cozy getaway
We were in SO CALIF for a wedding in Dana Point. Laguna Beach is where the family lives, being closer to Laguna Beach for us would have been much better, however, the space we booked was lovely. You must be able to walk up and down steps to get into the lower lever of the owners house ...there are 3 separate areas. owner's famiy up a level, ground level is another space used for the family, then our space was down, although you're still high off the backyard so view is as shown in picture. Just beware you need to feel comfortable with steps. Easy walk to coffee shops and eateries. Driving south to beautiful Heisler Park area is well worth it....gorgeous. Only con for us was the cell phone reception, so that became a real hassle always having to race out the door to grab an important phone call, hope you get out there before the caller hangs up..especially when it's the airline you left a message for and after an hour they finally call....we have iphone with AT&T... supposed it was because the surroundings are quite lush and there are tall houses around this house..doesn't affect the pretty view, just the phone reception....

The perfect 24-hour getaway!
This quiet and peaceful property was the ideal place for me and my best friend to meet up to enjoy quality time together. One of my favorite childhood beaches, Crystal Cove, is just five minutes south. Inspiration point in Newport Beach is five minutes north of the property. It is still one of the best places to watch magical sunsets. I highly recommend Five Crowns Restaurant and Side Door Bar for prime rib, seafood and/or appetizers, and the best homemade Caesar Salad. I will definitely be back next time!!

Quaint little property tucked away on a hillside close to the beach. It was peaceful and quiet. It had basic necessities for the trip- Parking, wifi, small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, soap/ shampoo, towels, beach towels & chair, TV and a nice comfy bed. Property had some stairs. It was walking distance to “Mama D’s” Italian restaurant.I loved it and I would definitely come back.

my vacation
the home is beautiful!!! with all the custom made windows and book shelves and art collections and it's just the right size for us custom doors and windows. I can easily open the doors and windows to enjoy the fresh air. I like the back yard with all the trees and a small stream with lots of frogs. They orchestra their songs after night fall. The home feels safe I can leave doors and windows opened all day. We walk to the beach and the restaurants. I enjoyed to stay at this beautiful home.
