Wenn Sie jemals von California Living geträumt haben ... Das ist es!!! Dies ist das ultimative Strandhaus mit einem außergewöhnlichen Lebensstil am Meer. Das Hotel liegt im Sand des begehrten Newport Beach mit direktem Blick auf die Wellen, Catalina Island und den Newport Beach Pier. Dieses luxuriöse Haus ist ein Ort der Magie an einem der besten Orte in Südkalifornien.

Diese Eigenschaft wurde vor kurzem geschmackvoll renoviert, einschließlich hochwertiger Bettwäsche und Bettzeug.
Unsere große Strandterrasse mit Grill, Liegestühlen und Musik befindet sich direkt im Sand, ohne überfüllte Promenade.

Der vordere Master verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und Infinity-Fenster mit einem der besten Meerblicke überhaupt.

Die zweite Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, ein großes Hauptbadezimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und einen herrlichen Meerblick von der angeschlossenen Außenterrasse.

Perfect Beach Home
This house was really nice! It looked like they just remodeled the entire home; beautiful new tile in all the bathrooms, quartz countertops in kitchen and new appliances. I also appreciated the nice linens and pillows in the master bedroom. Very comfortable bed. The view from the bedroom was incredible. The house was right on the sand, so the kids played a few feet away while we had lunch on the patio. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay immensely. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a super clean, well stocked home close to Newport but not on the boardwalk (we wanted a little more privacy due to having children with us) this is the spot for you.Owner is great to work with and even suggested a place for pizza. We will be back!

This property was perfect for our family. The house had everything you could need and so much more. They had tons of toys, outdoor chairs and games to play. Incredible Views
This home was perfect for our family! You could hear the ocean clearly and we went to the beach almost every day to play in the waves and build sand castles. It was great because there were many sand toys for the kids, corn hole for the adults, boogie boards for the adventurous souls in the group and lawn chairs for coffee by the water each morning. Since there is no walking path in front, it makes the patio more private. There was an outdoor dining table and firepit for our evening gatherings. The front master is breathtaking while the back master is enormous with its own small balcony/patio with partial ocean view. I am very particular, and the cleanliness, serve ware, bedding, towels and amenities were impressive. The owners made check-in and check-out a breeze. There is garage parking which was also convenient. The store is a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk. We also walked to the pier a few times to eat and for the weekend Farmer's market. I HIGHLY recommend this FABUOUS home!

Great Location for a Great Vacation
First, when I say I would stay again, that means a lot. The location was great. I loved being right on the beach. As others have said you're about two blocks from the walkway that is in front of most homes. It was nice not having that as it made the home much more private and allowed for some of us to be on the patio while some were on the sand, but we were still together. Side notes about the patio: even in direct sunlight you could walk on it barefoot and not burn your feet and has an automatic awning attached to the house which I loved since I can't spend too much time in the sun. There were several chairs, table, beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas for use. It is also an easy walk to at least a few restaurants (we didn't explore too much), a grocery store, and a park for my grandson. Parking is often a problem in a beach home but we were able to park a Chevy Tahoe and Toyota Corolla HB inside the garage and a Honda Civic right in front of the garage. The interior of the home was comfortable with plenty of space for 8 adults and 1 one-year old - both sleeping, getting ready, hanging out, etc. The WiFi was strong enough that my husband could instruct his online class from the house. There was more than enough items in the kitchen for cooking. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, and TP. The only slight negative I can even mention is that the a/c seemed loud, but you get used to it and the house stayed as cool as we wanted so it was well worth it.

Amazing Beach House
We absolutely loved this house the location cannot be beat. It is nice to be close to boardwalk but not right on it as you don't have all of the foot traffic. The house is the perfect beach house with great views, outdoor seating/dining, windows and doors that open up and let you enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Great kitchen set-up and nice washer and dryer that we used almost daily to help keep up with all the sandy wet clothes from the beach. The owner gave us great suggestions for restaurants and recommended places nearby to stay for family that didn't stay at the house.
