„Our stay for my son's birthday was fantastic and the room was exceptional. It was great to be able to share the experience with my young grandchildren and for them to be very welcome. They especially enjoyed the pool. What we didn't like was the parking charges! The restaurants in the hotel were fully booked as we didn't prebook, so we went out for food. As we parked in the underground carpark we had to pay £13 to go out for food after only parking for 5 hours. We discovered the outside carpark ...

„Da meine über Expedia vorgenommene Buchung beim Check-in dem Hotel nicht vorlag, war ich sehr dankbar, an der Rezeption einen Mitarbeiter als Gegenüber zu haben, der mit mustergültiger Geduld und Freundlichkeit erst im System vergeblich nach meiner Buchung suchte und sich dann ca. 20 Minuten durch die Telefon-Warteschleife von Expedia quälte, bis feststand, dass man dort versäumt hatte, meine Buchung weiterzuleiten. Soviel Freundlichkeit und Ausdauer habe ich lange nicht erlebt. Glücklicherweise ...

„Unfortunately they are renovating the restaurant so limited menu in the bar. Also had to change lunch to another restaurant as they were drilling so too noisy. This will be finished in a few days though, and as I have stayed here before I know this is not normal and I will certainly continue to stay at the Priory and would recommend it. “

„It's a lovely Inn, highly recommended, my husband and I were happy to stay there for a night during our trip from Wales, the property was recently refurbished and has everything you need for a stay, the bed was super comfortable. Our only comment for improvement would be to make water a bit hotter in the shower/bath. Thank you “
