In the heart of Newport. Great location, can be loud and vibrant but that’s what we wanted. Parking can be challenging but great staff.

Our family spent a week here and there are many pros! . location is incredible: gorgeous water views & downtown . rooftop deck makes for incredible harbor sunsets . in April we were able to park in hotel garage every time, & it was great to have parking downtown included . staff was kind & helpful . we liked/used lounge full kitchen & shuffleboard . room was exactly what we expected & worked perfectly for our family . we found everything clean & well stocked There was just one con, but it was a pretty big one. The rooms are above a bar & we had quite a bit of trouble sleeping every night, but once the weekend came it was impossible to sleep until the bar closed at 1am. If not for this, we would absolutely give 5 stars because everything else was great!!

Relaxing Getaway

Had a great time. I have one small issue the Elevator was really slow but it did work. Other than that no complaints. Everyone one that we came in contact with were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. I had the best room in the building the view out to the harbor was unbelievable! I wish I could have enjoyed the roof top patio a little more, but early April is a little nippy and windy! The staff was very accommodating, very nice overall.

Perfect Location!

We stayed at this property during “off season” (late March) and the price was unbeatable. Great location and overall set up of the room. We stayed in a one bedroom with a 4 year old, 2 year old, and 2 adults. The set up was perfect with the kitchenette/bathroom/hallway splitting the bedroom and living area. This allowed for two separate sleeping areas for our small children. While this is set up like a hotel, there are minimal amenities (no house keeping, garbage needs to be put outside your room, limited staff interaction besides check in, etc.) This was fine for us but just something to keep in mind. While noise was not a problem for us I do suspect this may be an issue during busier times as there is a bar directly below the property and traveling with small children we felt the walls were a but thin. Overall great location and price - would stay here again!

Wonderful Setting

Arrival, check-in, and property orientation went smoothly - front desk team member was friendly and responsive. The suite met expectations with regard to comfortable and tidy interior and stunning view. Location provided walkable access to shopping and dining. Free off-street parking was a bonus. We recommend this property and the unit where we stayed.

St.Patricks Day Weekend in Newport

Overall, the stay was fine. Location was ideal. And it was a place to stay for St. Patrick’s day weekend. The room was clean, beautiful location. However. There was no mention to us the the bar attached the the hotel was located directly below us, and that it would be going STRONG until 2/3am. It was so loud, and the walls were so paper thin, that we could hear patrons talking and yelling.Nevermind the music. If you are a sound sleeper, great hotel! If not, pack earplugs!!

Beautiful location with some blips

The location was amazing. We had harbor views and the sunsets were magical. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room upon arrival looked nice but did need some attention. The shower floor required some scrubbing (which I did). We requested new sheets as ours had hair and stains on them. The shower light bulb needed to be replaced. The hot water came out yellow which told me the hotels water heater was having some issues which they did remedy on our last day. The floors also could have used some attention. The location is convenient and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Off-season Getaway

Located on Thames and walking distance to shops and restaurants, this location was spot-on for a quick winter getaway. Room was clean with a gorgeous harbor view. This was our second winter stay here, and we were happy with both trips.
