I found the location to be great, very close to a wonderful restaurant (Tropical I think the name was) and very close to the beach.
There was some trouble checking in when I arrived and once they found the booking even though I arrived in the early morning and had booked the night before I couldn't go to my room for 2-3 hours, which sounds trivial, but after 23 hours of travelling I was pretty tired.
Other than that I found the staff willing to help when I needed help (in the 2 weeks I was there I only had 2 things I needed help with).
The bed was very comfortable for me, the shower only had one temperature, but luckily that was the right temperarure. The bin hadn't been emptied, but that wasn't something that bothered me personally. The AC was good and the sleep setting was quiet and faded into the background when I went to bed.
Overall I'd say it was a good experience, but 1 week, maybe 10 days would have been plenty for the area.
