Die Mirabella, Walk to the FALLS !!!

Willkommen in unserem wunderschön restaurierten 3-Zimmer-Haus. Es ist in einer wundervollen Umgebung, nur wenige Minuten von den Wasserfällen, dem Aquarium, Maid of the Mist, der Höhle der Winde, köstlicher lokaler Küche, fantastischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten entfernt.

Das Haus verfügt über 5 Betten und 7, eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, formale Esszimmer, ein geräumiges, sehr komfortables Wohnzimmer, eine schöne Wintergarten, Wäscheservice und einen entspannten Hinterhof mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Outdoor-Essbereich unter einer schattigen Pergola.

Dieses Haus wurde 1922 erbaut und befindet sich in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Niagara Falls. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt, sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wenn Sie unsere Bilder betrachten, werden Sie als Erstes die schönen Holzarbeiten und die französischen Türen bemerken. Dieses Haus ist sehr warm und einladend. Unsere oberste Priorität ist, dass Sie sich entspannt und wohl fühlen. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich "Zuhause" fühlen.

Es gibt fünf Betten zur Auswahl. Sie sind alle sehr Plüsch, Sie sollten eine fantastische Nacht schlafen. Jedes der Schlafzimmer hat mehr als genug Stauraum und Schubladen für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Unser Haus befindet sich in einer der besten Lagen in Niagara Falls. Alle unsere Nachbarn haben ihre eigenen Häuser und kümmern sich liebevoll um die Nachbarschaft, es ist sehr ruhig und sicher hier. Fühlen Sie sich frei, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit herumzulaufen. Wieder, wir sind sehr günstig gelegen, in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, große Restaurants, und natürlich alle oben genannten Sehenswürdigkeiten, bitte stellen Sie sicher, mit mir zu sprechen, bevor Sie zu den Fällen, ich habe viele nützliche Informationen, wenn es darum geht wo man am einfachsten parken und wie man zu den Attraktionen kommt.
Auch bemühen wir uns, einen sauberen Platz für unsere Gäste zu halten, aber wenn wir etwas verpasst haben oder Sie ein Problem mit unserer Vermietung finden, lassen Sie es uns bitte sofort wissen. so können wir uns darum kümmern. Danke :)

Denken Sie daran, ... Sie können zu allen Attraktionen gehen, sie beginnen das Aquarium weniger als 6 Blocks entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle für die Fahrt in die Stadt befindet sich östlich unserer Straße (Orchard Parkway) auf der Main Street. Es gibt auch einen Fahrrad- / Wanderweg, der entlang der Niagara River Gorge parallel zur Whirlpool-Straße nach Süden führt und Sie direkt zu den Falls bringt. Natürlich gibt es immer "Uber" und "Lyft".

Kitchen is nice and has a good size, parking for 2 cars, house (front and inside) was very clean, AC works good even thought upstairs (in the rooms) is little hot, 2 of the 3 rooms has a fan. Backyard was not a pleasant site to see or stay and/or stayand stay.

charming little house, convenient location, nice host

Our family of seven wanted to be somewhere near the falls. There isn't a reasonably-priced hotel for that many people, so we checked VRBO and settled on this one among several options. The owner was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house is over 100yrs old and charming- with old woodwork and modern conveniences. All seven of us had somewhere comfy to sleep (one on the couch). The beds and pillows were great. The location is a quiet side street away from the downtown hustle but close enough to drive anywhere in just a few minutes or walk to lots of attractions if you get around well, want to save on having to pay for parking everywhere in town, and don't mind taking the time to walk. We had a great stay!

This was a nice property and close to all activity. There were just a few observations: would have been nice to have a toaster, another bathroom downstairs, air conditioning upstairs (it was a bit warm to sleep), and the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so you could watch anything. But overall very clean and nice place. Host was very responsive.

Location Location Location

This property was so close to the State Park of Niagara Falls and a quiet street. We walked our dogs to the park down the street that overlooked the river. Was absolutely beautiful. The upstairs was a bit warm and took some time to cool off with AC, but overall, we managed. Excellent property that I would recommend to anyone looking in the area. Would stay again if I ever return and it is available! Host was excellent, available if needed.

Great family time at Niagara Falls

This is a nice house that could fit our entire family of six. It is in a walking distance to the Falls (30-min walk). We also drove to Niagara Old Fort (20-min drive), which was a great experience. We had a great time during our stay there.

Walking Distance To Attractions

My family of four and niece stayed during the 4th of July week. The house is a 1920 home, it has all the basic needs for a pleasant stay. There are 3 bedrooms with two beds in two of the rooms. So can sleep 6. Didn’t see if the couch pulled out. One bathroom but has not issues there kids at night adults in the morning. I would bring additional towels, they had some but for us they were small and its my peeve to bring my own. Kitchen met our needs, had pans and pots but still not a kitchen to do major cooking. We cooked breakfast everyday no problem and did a spaghetti dinner easily otherwise we ate out for lunch and dinner. If you have a big SUV you may have some challenges it’s tight between house and not much room to turn around. Kids had no issues with internet worked fine. The laundry is in the basement. The washer and dryer worked fine. For the house my only complaint is that there aren’t any curtains or blinds in the lower level. So people can see clearly into the house! Neighborhood is fine, we walked tonight the Underground Railroad Museum and the Aquarium. We had our dog and took her walking on the Niagara trail that was right down the sidewalk, very nice. The owner was very attentive whenever I texted. Inside the house some brochures were provided, some were old but still gave you an idea what to expect. Also provided were clear instructions for checkout and cleanup. Overall a good stay!

I question those other reviews’ honesty

This property was not what we expected. The house is pretty bad. Dirty and dusty with old dingy bathroom linens. The most troubling thing of all was driving up to the house; it felt like we were in the movie Training Day. To be fair, there weren’t that many nice places in Niagra, on the NY side at least. The house is spacious. It needs a tremendous amount of work, however.. It is obvious the owners don’t put any money back into it. Parking in the garage for two nights made my car smell like something died in it. There is a broken window into the attic that makes one wonder what sort of animals are keeping us company at night. And the lead paint in the bathroom appears to be cracking and peeling something fierce. Also, don’t believe others when they say that it is within walking distance to the town center. This is not an area you will want to walk from. I would not subject my family to a return stay at this property. Hopefully more honest reviews will surface and the owners will start putting a bit of their revenue back into their house; or cut the price by 80%. I could go on and on about the track lighting that is falling from the ceiling, the blinds that are broken and do nothing to keep out the street lights as you try to sleep, the bed pillows that are less than two inches thick. It’s just an old, beaten up house that is not worthy of a rental.

Great place to stay to visit the falls...

First off, I want to say we had a great visit to the falls. Niagara Falls is a great family vacation! With that said, this property is in a great location! If the weather had been better, we would have definitely walked. And, walking is a good idea, because parking is pretty expensive everywhere in Niagara Falls. The downstairs is exactly as pictured. Its beautiful. This is an old home and the downstairs is perfect. Upstairs needs some updating. The beds are small, but comfortable. And the upstairs could have definitely been cleaner - nothing disgusting - but the ceiling fans were very dusty. My only complaint about the rental itself is that the heat was not turned on when we arrived and it was 54 degrees in the house! It did warm up, but it was uncomfortable for a bit. Would be great if the hosts would put some extra blankets for circumstances like that. All in all, it was a great trip and a great place to stay. It was priced right as well. My children loved the house and the location.

Clean and Nice Location

House is just a couple minutes drive from the state park. Check in process was easy and house was clean when we got in. This house is 100 years old so from the outside there are areas (siding/windows) that don't look nice but inside kitchen and bathroom have been updated plus wooden floors and staircase make it nice. We stayed for a few days before New Year's and didn't have any issues with heater or any other appliance. Plenty of space in the back to park. Kids enjoyed all the books and crayons provided.

Great spot to explore the entire area.

My wife and I took our three children to stay 5 nights. The house is great. Awesome woodwork. I like old houses though, so if you are looking for a crisp, modern experience, this is not it. It was clean and well appointed. We ate breakfast in, every morning and had everything we needed and everything in the description was present and accounted for. AC worked great, and I got a glance of the furnace which looks fairly new and well maintained. We used the washer and dryer which, again were new, clean, and operational. We walked to ALL of the attractions from the house. The street the house is on has to be the best street in town, but I didn't wanna walk around too much after dark. The park and the street felt safe... Or could hop in a car and save yourself Maybe a mile round trip. Aquarium is closest, so if you're going to walk to one that's it. It was fun. Make sure to catch the sea lion show. It's quick but we enjoyed it. Maid of the Mist, and cave of the winds are both at the falls. They have a package deal that would get you into most of the major attractions but it wasn't available while we were there. I don't know if it was all year or seasonal so check into that. Had some good food just walking around downtown. If ya like food, hit the local spots, if ya like high priced garbage rainforest Cafe and hard Rock are both right near the falls. There were pamphlets provided on a table by the front door for restaurants, attractions, and more that we got some ideas from. Anyway, had a blast. House is cool.
