„Cute cottage brought me back to my childhood cottage on the lake, but instead this was tucked away in the woods. The road is close, but you cannot see it or hear it as the house is set back. It served our needs & close to area's we wanted to visit. There was a note saying enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine which we could not find, but This was ok because we had plenty. „We loved the “cabin in the woods” feel but also just being a short drive into town for everything. It’s a very cozy, comfortable place. It’s about 2 miles from Parish Hill Event Barn so if you have a wedding to go to there it’s a great place to book if you don’t want to drive home after. If you don’t have an SUV/truck, the driveway up might be a bit difficult as it’s quite uneven with large rocks and I did not see pictures of it in the listing or see that mentioned in the description. „Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. “

„The location is remote but I guess that is the porpoise of staying here near the park, actually walking distance from Perry’s entrance. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with owner was great even though we had no issues at all. There were some options for dinning around town and in the next town. I will strongly recommend this property. “
