"Booked on Expedia and paid. Got there and they said they had no reservation and they’re fully booked. No one is talking about my refund. Expedia hasn’t contacted me and the hotel didn’t give me a refund. I’m not sure why I’m getting survey link. I didn’t stay there!!!!"

"Hotel ist ok and clean. Area appears to be relatively safe. Staff is friendly and rooms are pretty good. Smalls things like broken showerhead, cupboards don't close properly, ... Er have to expect in a country like Nigeria."
