„Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer (je nach Zimmerkategorie) lädt zwischendurch zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.“

„We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english“

„First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away. Room is clean and nice. Instructions were simple and clear. At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze. Awesome stay thank u!“

„There are cockroaches running around kitchen and bathroom. There is a mall at the base of the property but most of the shops are closed.“

„Bathroom ( 2) very bad, old and need renovation. No kitchen tools since this one was an apartment with kitchen, if you make food you need to yse your hand. Furniture, sofa, old and in very bad condition. Not recomanded“

„The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. “

„The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. “

„I felt disappointed when I step into the unit The whole unit was smelly and poor standard of the cleanliness as well as the Water heater was not working.Alot of cockroach was found on both kitchen area and toilet. “

„I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive. Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. And unit is near to swimming pool and children playground, I feel a little bit been disturbed and annoyed with ...

„The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh... Not to forget, the toilet paper was missing and the WiFi is not working. If you chose payment direct to owner, please make sure you carry enough cash with you. Card is NOT an option. Definitely will not go back again.“
