„Loved staying at Milky house, would definitely stay again. It's a 10-minute walk to the Annupuri Gondola, had a cute little bar on-site for great apres drinks and a food cart that was there each evening. In addition the dinners and breakfast served at Milky were amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating. “

„Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed.“

„This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You can even stop by an onsen on the way! There also is a free shuttle to/from the ski lifts. The rooms are very spaceous and there is an onsen/ouffro on site too. The photos don't really do this place ...

„Service was excellent, rooms are Japanese style and partly newly renovated. Breakfast and restaurant is nice. The Hotel is quite old and the inside Onsen needs some renovation. Outside onsen is wonderful but many foreigners ignore rules, which is sad (eg. drink beer in onsen or women come to men’s area). For skiing the hotel is perfect and provides great value for its rates. “

„We had an amazing stay. The food, the staff, and the whole vibe of the decor are incredible. What a cozy, lovely spot. I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time! We want to come back in every season. “
