Staff were very helpful and super nice. Location is pretty good. Able to walk to the Duomo and QC spa. Breakfast buffet was good (actually included eggs and sausage)

Hotel De Charme is a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully situated overlooking the lake and in the peaceful town of Laveno. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout. The room was very comfortable and the pool area is great. Dining with the inclusive meals was excellent. All in all a wonderful place to stay and explore Lake Maggiore, with faultless style and service.

Very good hotel. I had a baste room. Very good big room , i didn't expect that at all. Very good delicious breakfast. Close to pirto di mare station, less than 2min walkable. Near shopping. If i went another time to Milan , i will book starhotels also.
