„This was an excellent choice for a stay in the Loreto area. 3 large bedrooms with individual bathrooms was a highlight, perfect for a group of friends traveling together, and the Loreto Bay community provided an incredible backdrop viewable from the rooftop. The check-in instructions sent by Vrbo were out of date, but the owner was easily reachable and reminded us the correct instructions were sent after booking. „Casa was as advertised. Being 55 would’ve liked a ground level patio. Lots of steps to 2nd floor. Couple things could use a refresh or update but nothing critical. Great location to beach. As others have said, not much privacy, can easily hear neighbors, workers or those walking by. Pools are very nice and clean. Complex is very well maintained. “

„The Founder's Neighborhood is a quiet, beautifully landscaped oasis on Loreto Bay. This villa is particularly well-positioned - it is quiet, away from the main street, and there are beautiful views from the upstairs tower sitting area of Nopolo rock and the mountains.
