Town was full of charm and charachter. It rained the whole time and we still enjoyed ourselves. Celebrated our 24th anniversary. Would recomend this place.“

„Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday.“

„Great location for biking, fishing, golfing and hiking. Mike was extremely quick and responding to our questions. Would love to stay here again. About 50 minutes from Bentonville, 15-25 minutes from Eukeka Springs and Roaring River. Plus Table Rock lake is in the backyard. “

„Private, beautiful layout we could live in this cabin permanently. Only slight problem we had was the DVD quit working for some unknown reason and Betsy brought another one within a few minutes. Since our stay happened to be timed on a very rainy weekend the supply of moves kept us entertained.“

„We loved this cabin! It’s very cute and cozy! My only request is that it needs a good dusting, especially the decor up high and the cross beam! “

„The location of this property was absolutely perfect to walk to everything downtown. We also loved that we could bring our dog. For two adults and a teen, the sleeping accommodations were adequate. There’s plenty of room for more and bigger beds, though, which would be nice and needed if you had more people. The toilet, sinks, and bedding were clean. “

„Bathroom was very small. . . .no Kleenex. Good coffee! Knowing the story behind the sale and rehab of the motel. . .it is nice to see this type of accomodations so close to the lake and one of our favorite dining places. There is still room for upgrades and I am sure that will come along with the success of the property. Yes we will stay there again. . . and we only live 15 miles away!! PS the bed was GREAT!“
