„Property is very clean and the staff is excellent. Eric in the pool bar was our favorite bartender he made the best margaritas and was so attentive to guests and friendly. All the wait staff in the restaurants were great as well. The only things we did not like about this Riu is how hard it was to get reservations at the a la carte restaurants. We were there a whole week and were only able to eat at one of them. The app reservations never showed up all days were booked up. Other than that ...
