„The property was very clean and had many cooking amenities. We loved the location and the views of the ocean. The house could use a little TLC as the sliding doors to the 2 bedrooms did not open. Would have loved to open the sliding doorsto let the breeze in. Also the guest bathroom shower was very hard to turn on and off, althougj Gary was very responsive to this issue. “

„I have stayed in multiple beach villas on Sandy Beach and this one is the most beautiful home on Sandy Beach inside and out. It fit 14 of my closest adult family members very comfortably. „Really close to the beach and a nice house. The only negative thing is there are a lot of stairs. I didn’t realize this and I’m glad my in laws didn’t end up coming because it would have been a lot for them to get to the kitchen on the top floor. Tons of beds and space for a large group though. Just a quick walk to a quiet beach. Lots of beach things to use as well. “

„We had a wonderful stay at Casa Gio!We had 3 families with 12 people and the house was perfect for us all to have space but also be together.The beach just across the road was great for our kids ages 4-12. The pool was not heated and it wasn’t really warm enough for us to swim in it during our stay but we found lots of other fun things to do. The host was so friendly and great at answering all our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!“

„This home is spectacular! The views are beautiful. Lots of room for a big family. We had 12 people and everyone had plenty of room. They provide everything for your convenience. We even grilled outside and enjoyed sitting upstairs and loved the sunsets. Everyone was welcoming and the home was extremely clean and spotless. All the neighbors are super friendly. The beach is very close. Only a minute walk with its own walking path. We will stay here again in the future.“

„Loved the house and the property management process. We’ve stayed in Diamanté a few times and it’s been great a great place to be. The only concern was the party going on just off the HOA property with very loud spring break music. Since it was off property there was nothing we could do about it. It started about noon and went until after 1am. “
