„Das Hotelzimmer ist leider sehr abgewohnt und uralt. Es war jedoch sehr groß. Die Übernachtung einer dritten Person erfolgte auf einer durchgelegenen Ausziehcouch, die wir erst einmal selbst mit Bettwäsche überziehen mussten. Wenn ich für drei Personen buche, erwarte ich, dass dies bereits erledigt ist und das Zimmer entsprechend vorbereitet ist. Außerdem war die Couch bestimmt 30 Jahre alt und dementsprechend durchgesessen, bzw. durchgelegen und schmuddelig. Man konnte jede Feder im Kreuz ...

„Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt. “

„Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gleicht vieles aus. Die Lage ist Top!!!“

„Wonderful space to stay for a few days. It is a staffless location, so if there are any issues it is almost impossible for get in contact with someone. There were stains on the floor, I was unable to control the temperature, and there wasn’t a welcome packet I could refer to on how to use the keypad to lock the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable, great amenities, and good location. I also love how it is women-owned, I just wish I had some contact to reach out about some issues I experienced. ...

„Wir verbrachten 2 wundervolle Tage in Park City. Wir buchten eine Executive Suite. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig... Man hörte wie die Nachbarn kochten und diskutierten... Jedoch störte uns das nicht gross.“

„Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up. ...

„ Vor 4 Jahren waren wir begeistert. Leider ist die Lodge jedoch zurzeit umgeben von Großbaustellen und unser Appartement lag entgegen unseres Wunsches (ruhig und obere Stockwerke) unten und direkt neben dem Aufzug (zum Flur hin sehr hellhörig) Zudem waren die Betten total durchgelegen und die Anlage hat seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt doch arg gelitten. “
