„Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen - schöner Blick auf den Atlantik mit Sonnenauf- und Untergang. Die Betten sind sehr kein und nicht nicht komfortabel. In der Küche gab es keine Kaffeemaschine, der Kühlschrank war rostig und nicht abgetaut. Auf der Terasse (wir wohnten im Obergeschoss) gab es keine Stühe, sie war auch sehr schmal. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Zu Maria Himmelfahrt war leider nicht an an Schlaf bis weit nach Mitternacht zu denken,. Die Feier auf dem angrenzenden Gemeindeplatz hielt 5 ...

„This property is new, opening in June 2024. When we stayed we were the 4th guests on the property. It’s very nice. Next to a golf course and away from Ponta Delgada it’s quiet and relaxing. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes and silverware. You have access to a pool and sauna as well as jacuzzi. There’s even a small play area for kids. Highly recommend a stay here as it’s not too far from the city and it’s centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore ...

Als wir unseren Aufenthalt durch Corona ungeplant um eine Woche verlängern mussten, konnten wir die Wohnung problemlos eine Woche länger buchen und wurden von Max mit Essen und Medikamenten versorgt. „Haus und Grundstück sind sehr großzügig angelegt. Mit 6 Personen hatten wir mehr als genügend Platz. Zu Einrichtung und Sauberkeit gab es keine Beanstandungen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig. Ein eigenes Auto ist hier allerdings ein Muss. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Die Kinder waren vor allem vom Pool angetan und vom riesigen Garten, den wir nach Bedarf nutzen konnten. Im Großen und Ganzen ein wirklich toller Urlaub....jederzeit wieder!!!!!“

„Das Haus ist geräumig, gemütlich und hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. An kühlen Tagen wärmen ein Holzofen und Heizgeräte. Man taucht ins Dorfleben ein - morgens werden die Kühe auf der Weide gemolken, ab und zu schauen Katzen und Hunde vorbei, der Kirchturm schlägt jede Stunde. leider hatte, als wir da waren, der Dorfladen geschlossen. Man braucht deshalb ein Auto - die Gegend ist nicht sehr touristisch.“

„Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen. Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht und wenn man Hilfe braucht sind die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus ist außerdem sehr sauber und ordentlich und wenn gewollt kommen sie jeden Samstag zum Putzen ins Haus.
