„The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s ...

„Our family had a wonderful time at Seaesta at Bengal! The host and staff were very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay the best possible. The facility was well suited for our group of 8 adults with separate bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, space to lounge and enjoy the beautiful ocean view, and a lovely pool that was always clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seaesta and will definitely recommend it to others, as well as return for another visit! Many thanks!!“

„My family of 8 had such a wonderful time at this Ocean View Villa within the White Witch Rose Hall Estates. The bedrooms were large and clean. The view was spectacular. While the pool was not very deep, we actually didn’t end up minding it. It was nice and relaxing. The best part was the staff. They made sure that we had the best possible experience! „We had an amazing experience staying at Sandpebbles! The property is beautiful. It was perfect having the pool and the beach for the kids to play all day long. The staff was top notch and very friendly. Chef Dell made delicious food all week and Mr. Jov was super helpful and attentive to anything we needed! „We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We woke up every morning to parrots in the tree. It is close to a ton of fun activities. We loved the beach club and they treated me like a queen for my birthday. The property is very clean and the grounds are beautiful.“

Everyone looked after us well!The only thing that we would have liked differently is cleanliness of the kitchen, the pots and pans etc. not used to seeing the old worn out utensils being used to cook so found that a bit put off. Schlechte Reinigung, 5x pro Woche extrem Laute Musik von der Bar in der Nachbarschaft, Fensterscheiben zitterten bei den Bass Tönen, In 21tagen 5x kein WC Papier und keine Tücher, 4x keine Reinigung, wobei sowiso nur die Kübel geleert und der Boden gewischt wurde, Grosse Rostflecken in der Badewanne, Sehr schlechte wifi Verbindung in der Lobi, Fernseher funktionierte nicht, wobei der Lärm von der Bar sowiso gestört hätte, Butzfrau ist mit den Schuhen auf das Bett ...

"Gutes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum wunderschönen Doctors Cave Beach nur über die Straße. Restaurant ist hervorragend! Personal freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Punkteabzug gibts aber weil poolbar u. coffeeshop oft vorübergehend geschlossen waren man musste jedes mal beim getränkeholen hoffen dass eine Bedienung da ist. Bierfreunde Achtung: Red Stripe Bier wird in Plastikbechern serviert u. das schmälert den Geschmack von diesem herrlichen Gebräu sehr."

"Wer einen niveaulosen all-inklusive Pool Party Urlaub möchte ist hier richtig. Für Entspannung allerdings komplett das falsche Hotel. Der Strand ist quasi nicht existent und wird nicht sonderlich sauber gehalten. "

"Das Hotel lässt man „vergammeln“ an vielen Orten sieht man Abnützungserscheinungen. Wenn es regnet ist es überall Nass ( Lobby, Ess-Saal, Gänge) überall regnet es rein. Das Essen im Buffetbereich ist knapp oke, es ist überall dreckig in den Küchen. Nicht wirklich appetitlich. Wer im „a-la-Carte“ Restaurant essen gehen will muss wirklich sehr viel Zeit mitnehmen. 20‘ nur schon um auf die Speisekarte zu warten, danach nochmal 30‘ bis mann bestellen kann und zuguterletzt wartet man 1h aufs Essen, obwohl das Restaurant nicht mal zu 50% gefüllt war. Die Spitze des Eisberges war es dann dass mein Rinderfilet anstatt „Medium“ komplett durchgebraten war. Keine wirkiche Leistung aus der Küche. "
