„I really enjoyed staying in a cabin - a home away from home. It was awesome they have accommodations for pet friendly cabins. My dog seemed to enjoy the coziness and I’m sure he felt like he was at home. Like to stay in the cabins in the summer to see the whole area with some beautiful surroundings. „The Property is wonderful! We loved the Beach, the Deck, the surrounding area. There is lots of room and the wife loved the kitchen. Can't say enough good things about the location. .... only one thing I would change, and this is just me, I really missed not seeing the Baseball Playoffs so having a sports channel that plays live would make it 1000 percent, :) ... but again, this is just me. The Place was awesome! the time we spent there went waaaay to fast, wish I could do it all over again, ...

„We had a great time on Lake Superior. We got a glimpse of the northern lights the first night and then a snow squall came and clouded it over the rest of the time. The roads were kept clear within a reasonable time frame and we didn't have 4x4. The owner was responsive and great to work with. Our kids loved the games and toys that were provided!“

„We really enjoyed staying at this little cabin. Beautiful views. Feels off the beaten path but also close enough to towns and the 400 to also feel connected. Property is across the driveway from the owners house but has unobstructed views of the water. 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a small kitchen, so it is small, but we loved the place. “

„Direkt am Lang Lake aber auch am Gemeinschaftswhirlpool, Grillplatz und Fischputzbecken gelegen. Sehr stark renovierungsbedürftig und sehr unsauber. Versprochener Flachbildfernseher war nur ein DVD Abspielgerät. Haus entspricht bei weitem keinem 3 Sterne Standard, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig unzutreffend.“

„We were happily surprised by this clean cozy home !! Lots of care was given to ensure the outmost comfort. The Finnish pre-mixed pancakes with strawberries were so thoughtful !! Thanks so much, we were visiting a sick family member so were grateful not to have to stress about accommodations. care“

„This was our second stay at The Fintch. We really liked the decor and the location. I would suggest that the couches be replaced or repaired. They have seen better days. However the cabin was well supplied and very clean. I recommend a stay at the Fintch! “

„Weather was quite cold out, but house (and bed) was warm and cozy. Comfortable furniture too. Also nice and quiet inside the apartment, even though less than a block from a busy street. Seems like a safe and friendly neighborhood from what we could tell.So thankful to have a dog-friendly place to stay. Check out the Gresley “parkette” a block over on the other side of Hodder St. for dog walking.“

„Fabulous holiday. Traditional cottage with all the modern amenities, queen beds, three bathrooms, dishwasher, wifi and loads of space. Hosts were attentive yet gave us our privacy. Swimming was amazing.“

„Exceptional week in this stunning home. Went fishing everyday. Had to improvise a bit for cleaning fish and charging boat batteries as there is no electricity at the dock. Had to drive a pickup precariously up and down the drive from the house to the lakeshore but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Countertops, kitchen sink, floors were not cleaned from last guests. Good thing I wasnt having to use cook or dishware. I had to reclean but only dishsoap was available. Maybe it was because we had dogs that they didnt think it needed to be clean. Maybe it was a hunt camp. Beds and bathroom were clean at least. Owner helped when i couldnt access key.“
