Take into mind, it was pitch dark, with very little street lighting. Within 5 minutes of property, we noticed a ton of trash everywhere, graffiti, boarded up windows, etc... and it just felt unsafe. „The house was perfect for us. My wife and I had a weekend getaway to historic St Charles. We spent most of our time out walking around downtown and used the house to hang out in the evening and sleeping. The neighborhood was quiet, other than traffic on the main road out front. The neighbors across the alley out back have junk everywhere, but doesn’t affect the property. Parking was a giant concrete pad behind the house. Could be great for 4 people with a king bed downstairs and upstairs. Attic ...

„The town house is in a great location and has a cool vibe. It is an older unit, so be aware the windows rattle when windy and there wasnt an outlet by one of the beds upstairs. The sofa seat cushions were stained. The biggest negative is the two sides of the townhomes are connected by a door on the main floor and a door upstairs.
