„Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. “

„We had a wonderful time at this property! It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a truly relaxing vacation. The only thing worth mentioning is that the pool room isn't heated, so we found it a bit too cold to swim—there was even ice inside due to a winter storm. However, the hot tub was fantastic and provided the perfect way to unwind!“

„Everything from start to finish was incredible! Amy's communication was superb. Once we arrived, the house was exactly as it looked in the listing, BUT BETTER! From the rain shower to the fireplace to the hot tub to the game room to the coffee maker, it was amazing! And the bed was so comfy! I couldn't have asked for a better home away from the city! It had just snowed and it even snowed while we were there making the stay magical. To top it off, everyone in Lake Harmony was SO NICE! I would ...

„The house was a great set up for 3 families to go skiing and visit Kalahari. The host was extremely responsive. It snowed one night, and the snow removal company was there plowing and shoveling early in the morning, so we had no problem exiting the house. Thank you!“
