„We had a really nice stay. Tim was very kind and inviting, made sure check in was a breeze, and was helpful with recommendations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great, as is the view. Bed was comfortable but is also on wheels which was a problem for our dog going under the bed. „We stayed in the cottage during the third weekend of October, yet the foliage was still beautiful. We were located just a few minutes away from Crystal Lake State Park, Lake Willoughby, and wonderful local restaurants like Roberto's Pizza and Barton Baking. „Cottage was perfect! Very comfortable and had all the cooking supplies we needed! Older community for sure so glad we had a low key intention for our weekend. „My wife and I were looking for a quick get away, Keiths cottage was perfect. It had water access to the south bay where we were able to kayak and enjoy watch the bird activity. The home was super clean and had plenty of space to relax. It was a quick drive to the shops and restaurants in downtown Newport. Keith was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would defiantly stay here again.“

„There is no heat in this cabin, only a decorative gas stove that partially works. Thermostat on wall does nothing. Owner has a binder on table with instructions for lighting stove, but the stove does not actually provide any heat. I texted Wayne, the property manager and he said switch on back of stove circulates warm air and thermostat on wall regulates heat, wrong, neither one works. „Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. „8 of my high school friends (now senior citizens) traveled with us to celebrate my 70th birthday. The house was comfortable and we all enjoyed staying there. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a big group. We were there during "mud season" so I'd suggest renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle and bringing boots.“
