„Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed as a base for family activities. Breakfast and coffee were tasty, varied, and fresh. Nice features for those spending more time - gas fire pit, basketball court, dog area. The only problem we had was identifying the place at the end of a long day of travel. Office does not face the street, office signage minimal, flag pole not at the office. The buildings look like apartments or condos. Once oriented, we did fine.“

„This was a blind reservation and I didn’t know what to expect. Hotel was nice but the staff was better. Super friendly and helpful. I did not have service in my room so I cannot comment on that. Breakfast was good and location was great.“

„The check in lady seemed as if she would rather be anywhere else in the world than there and also handed us a bag with just 2 bottled waters. the countertop had bags with snack sin them but I guess a queen suite doesn't qualify for that? The room was great and we would definitely book it again and the attached restaurant was AMAZING. The check in staff needs to learn customer service from THOSE people, great dinner there. Other than that it was comfortable, breakfast was nice with friendly cooks ...

„this is a beautiful property. However, issues with the restaurant and staff not washing their hands after picking up floor mats behind the bar immediately started touching food and glasses without washing hands. Wait staff seems to feel the need to tell me what I should order and what they like instead of just asking me what I would like to order. extremely annoying. They force you to use valet parking and then charge you $40 a day, ridiculous.“
