„Just like the ad states, a cosy comfy place. Lovely decor, colour tones, furnishings - very welcoming. As we are light sleepers, the automatic air freshener machine disturbed our sleep as it continually activated t/o the night. Very clear instructions regarding directions, key code and other logistics given by the hosts who were very responsive and helpful.“

„My spouse and I (plus our dog) just returned from a short vacation at Black Sturgeon Lake. This cottage was amazing. As noted by others, the pictures are a true depiction. Location was really peaceful and serene and away from noise and traffic. Excellent time away from the city to unwind and relax. Great communication with the host. We will be back!“

„Exceptional week in this stunning home. Went fishing everyday. Had to improvise a bit for cleaning fish and charging boat batteries as there is no electricity at the dock. Had to drive a pickup precariously up and down the drive from the house to the lakeshore but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!“

„There is so much space for everyone to spread out. This was nice because we had a rainy weekend and none of use felt cramped. Beautiful views of the lake from all the windows! We would book this cabin again!“

„This was my second stay at this one bedroom home. It's an easy place to feel "at home"...instantly, when I walked into the house. I wouldn't consider any other place to stay when I return to Thunder Bay.“

"There was only a very thin sheet on this old bed with an old mattress. It was actually just a thin white sheet. The whole room was dirty, the bathroom not properly cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, sticky shelves and the whole night the noise from a workshop nearby. We could also hear our neighbors going to the toilet. The rooms are super noisy, we could hear every word from next room and floor."
