„Our VRBO rental on Lopez Island was a very relaxing place. It was easy to find, The property was in a beautiful secluded spot on the island. Most evenings we drove / hiked to Shark Reef Sanctuary to watch the sunset. 50 years ago I first visited the San Juan Islands, and I hoped someday I would return. „Really nice cottage. Great location. Quiet. Langley is fun. Would go go back, but: I booked with VRBO, then got handed off to Vacasa as the property manager. Way more hoops to go through than any other VRBO booking I've done. They were responsive, but demanding. Maybe good for the owner, a pain for me. Next time I book with VRBO and get handed to Vacasa I will cancel. The cottage is really nice. “

„We loved our stay at the Orcas Forest House. Peaceful surroundings and wonderful space to spend a few days and relax. The house includes so many fun details to discover and has everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, and having laundry on site was another bonus. Close enough to Eastsound to easily head in for dinner or shopping, but far enough out that you felt secluded. „Very cozy retreat with comfy beds and quiet to sleep to. We didn't cook, but did notice that there were ample supplies in the kitchen. The best part was the fireplace. „We loved our stay at Quarry Point. It was super close to Roche but was felt like a quiet and quaint retreat from the hustle and bustle of the harbor.“

„We enjoyed our stay at this home. It has everything you need and the two family rooms were nice as one of the group had to work a bit so he went downstairs and couldn’t hear us upstairs. We didn’t get to the beach as it rained almost the entire time we were there, but it didn’t seem like a long walk. The hot tub is covered, which was a nice touch. The host was very responsive.“

"Das Hotel hat eine super Roof-Top Bar. Der Ort Anacortes bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen und Frühstücken. Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war super unfreundlich. Wir hatten in der Tat in den USA noch keinen unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter an einer Hotelrezepion erlebt. Da muss das Management etwas machen - wir gehen deswegen auf jeden Fall nicht mehr in das Majestic Inn. Das Hotel ist außerdem ein „PET friendly Hotel“ was super unangenehm war. Die diversen Hunde in den umliegenden Zimmern hatten unentwegt gebellt. Von Entspannung keine Rede."
