3 SCHLAFZIMMER 2 BAD AUF DEM WASSER

Ein schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, offener Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer auf einer Etage. Alle Holzböden und Schieferfliesen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Whirlpool und zwei separaten Waschbecken. Schlafzimmer 2 hat 2 Queen-Betten und Schlafzimmer 3 hat ein Doppelbett mit einem Etagenbett darüber. Badezimmer 2 ist ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche. Großer Garten und ein wunderschöner Strand, wo Sie sitzen, schwimmen und sich sonnen können.
Die Küche ist voll mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr, die Sie für Ihre Lieblingsgerichte benötigen. Das Außendeck bietet eine herrliche Aussicht und einen Ruhebereich zum Grillen oder Nickerchen. Wir haben gerade viel renoviert und das Haus ist sehr schön. Dieses Haus hat eine separate Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang in der 2. Etage. Es wird von einem einzelnen Mieter bewohnt, der diese Vermietung und unser Haus daneben beaufsichtigt.

Welcome home
Property was a convenient location for what my family wanted and needed. Property was clean. Host was responsive and accommodative. Beach on bay a 5 minute walk. Small little beach on property great for the kids while adults can watch and chat around a fire. Ample seating inside and out. Would stay again and recommend!

Noisy Location
There was consistent road noise from the interstate. Helicopters and planes flying over head at all hours of the day and night. Road construction on the interstate also occurs at night. If you are a light sleeper bring noise canceling head phones. Also, bring extra towels. Only 1 towel is provided per person, and were denied any additional when requested.

The house was very nice enjoyed it very much. I was not thrilled with the location. The beach area was not clean, needed to be raked, there was seaweed. The first night we got there the kids wanted to swim, my granddaughter hit thr rocks and was all cut up from them. There was not much to do in the area, i personally did not feel safe in the area. I think it was a little pricey.

A perfect week
We had such a great time during our stay! The house is just right- comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, and a beautiful view. My parents both have some mobility issues so we were looking for a place with everything on one level and this space met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the back yard beach, and used our kayak every day because we didn’t have to carry it anywhere. The kids enjoyed playing and swimming right outside their door, while the adults hung out on the patio. There’s a heron that lives nearby and is a lot of fun to watch. We can’t wait to come back!

Private beach getaway
My sisters enjoyed the water, beach and fresh air. They also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and making traditional foods from our childhood. We also enjoyed the Norfolk scene! Premium Outlet Mall, Ocean View Pier, Chrysler Museum and Navy Exchange. A great week despite the heat.

Exceeded expectations!
It was the perfect place for our family! The living area was large and open for family, the kitchen was open and incredibly well stocked with dishes for meals, baking, and whatever. Don’t let the entrance photo fool you- the house is almost completely updated and very comfy. The pier was a huge bonus for those who wanted to fish and even try to crab, despite poor weather. We were sorry not to be able to better utilize the fire pit and spacious upper and lower decks.

Very relaxing
We chose this home due to the location on the bay. It did not disappoint. Even though the weather was only in the upper 60 to low 70's the kids enjoyed the sandy beach and the water. Nice to have a place that is level and not too deep for the little ones to have some independence while playing. Will definitely come back when weather is warmer.

Great Thanksgiving!
So enjoyed our holiday at this property! The house was clean, weather was great, our pups loved playing in the yard and water, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals, and we were a short walk from beach access and a short drive from great breweries. We also got to experience Holiday Lights at the Beach! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

This was my first time at a VRBO property. I am not sure if I will do it again. The house is somewhat dated but clean enough. There were no sheets on the beds and we had to make the beds after having traveled all day. Not a relaxing end of the day! The patio furniture looked like it had been picked up at a cheap yard sale. The yard and small beach area are the nicest part of this property. The instructions from the owner stated that we needed to clean off everything we used but we had to go get those supplies ourselves, including any paper products. For the price it was an okay place to stay.

Wonderful stay!
Our July 9-16 2021 vacation in Willoughby Spit was absolutely amazing! The home was just perfect for our family (5 adults 2 children and 2 dogs). Very clean and wonderful amenities. The location of the property was perfect for us...so many things to do and so many sights to see! Being a military family, it was just absolutely perfect to have the Naval Base across the bay...The last night we were watching Seal Teams jump out of Black Hawks and rescue dummies in the water....We would chant USA from the end of the little dock as the Black Hawks circled overhead. The little beach is so WONDERFUL! So soft and sandy! My children loved waking up each day to go play in the sand. We went to the USS Wisconsin, the aquarium, the large beach a few blocks away and the pier. A fantastic trip for all! We thank you so very much for allowing us to rent your perfect little home. Until the next time!

Enjoyed stay in Norfolk. Very. I’ve accommodations. Only that seemed a little off to me was unavailability of TP! Was half a till when we got there for two bathrooms. (But, we were instructed that we would be responsible for toilet paper) Also beds were not made up, sheets were folded and in rooms. But very. I’ve place and would definitely stay there again.

Great spot!
We had a great time even though it rained. The location was everything we wanted. Only exception would be the hour we had to wake up every day. Unfortunately the upstairs resident was a early riser and like to vacuum and start the dishwasher. For Three Chicks who was on vacation to rest relax and get some much-needed sleep it was a little annoying. Oh and the bicycles could use a little work, but we rode them and survived. Other than that everything was nice, comfortable, and as the ad stated.

This house has a great open area for hanging out together. Large deck out back for grilling, even a lil firepit for Smores. Little private beach was nice too. We were a group of 7 adults & never felt cramped.

Cute house with a nearby highway and a pit bull
Pros: The place was clean and cute. It was a nice house. The kitchen had enough dishes and pots and pans. It was great that there was a little beachy area in the backyard and an outdoor space to eat and sit. Sheets were soft. There is a fire pit and wood which was fun! Cons: There is a highway right behind the house on the water. You can always hear it and see it - it is very close. It definitely took away the relaxing beach vacation feel. The owner's son lives upstairs and has a pit bull that roamed around the backyard - no leash. There was some dog poop in the yard. The one kayak had a hole in the bottom of it. The owner knew about it and didn't mention it. I took it out on the water. Fortunately I wasn't out far and made it back. Also fortunately it was me and not my mom or son in the kayak. This could have been very dangerous. We didn't pack our kayaks because we thought there were 2 there. Finally, the mattresses are all rock hard. Overall the place worked for us since it was a pandemic and we were trying to social distance. There was a lot to do at the house. But I don't know that we would stay there again.

Quaint Little Spot
Upon arrival, we quickly walked through the house. There were nice little touches like hand soap in every bathroom and throw rugs in front of the beds and in the bathrooms. Most places I’ve stayed don’t provide much in those areas. The bedding was very cute and stylish and the towels were of nice quality. The next thing we noticed was the cleanliness. Everything was spotless. No stray hairs or residual sand anywhere. The property was clean. The pots, pans , and dishes were properly taken care of and clean. The gas grill was in great condition. The outside seating was in good shape and comfortable. We loved using the little fire pit to make s’mores one evening. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed kayaking. Things to note, but do not deter from the property: -The beds are on the firm side -The there isn’t a lot pantry space -Water shoes are a good idea since there is a lot of debris at the shore of the little beach We had a really nice stay and were able to meet Bonnie, Steve, and their son who lives in the upstairs apartment. They were all very kind and helpful! Thanks for such a nice visit! We’d definitely come back.

Knew nothing about the area. A bit rough - lots of pit bulls there. House was fine but king size bed was uncomfortable (Mattress on plywood instead of BOS spring). Had a great time nonetheless!
