„I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. “

„Property was nice, although you have to do a bit of searching if you need additional towels etc. Amenities were as advertised, and the neighborhood was quiet. We went in winter, so no comment on the pool. My only nitpick is that the upstairs master was a bit bare. Bed was comfy, one chair is ok, but only 1 sorta-end-table with a lamp with no lights in it by the bedside was a bit disappointing. We had a great time!“

„A very mismanaged organization that forced us to pay a deposit not mentioned when we arrived in the contract and moved us to a much further location when we were at the location we reserved. I questions their moves and they immediately threatened to cancel my reservation - this while at the airport. They also threatened to cancel my reservation if I talked to anyone about this. I have saved all communication documents. Very unethical company, I would stay away from them.“

„Our family lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years before empty nests and retiring to Florida. We met here and had kids and grands kids over to celebrate Christmas. First time we gathered under one roof in years! Excellent time. Big kitchen. Big rooms. Plenty of space. Great time“

„Had a great time but the house smelled awful when we got there. Trash wasn't changed and it stunk. There was vomit outside the back door and we had to jump over it to get to the hot tub. The hot tub was not hot. Jets didn't work well and the water was dirty. Lots of gun shots going off around us all night. 👀 Won't rent again. “

„We loved the home. Mostly we just slept there since family in town was hosting our 2 day combined Christmas & Thanksgiving. But when we returned home in the evening we hung out in the arcade room for about an hour. Bedroom options were very accommodating, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner & soap dispensers. The living room was great with a variety of comfy places to relax. Kitchen was great with all the necessities, Keirug machine and coffee, spice rack, cups, glasses, plates, etc. To ...

„This property was perfect for our team offsite meetings. There was plenty of living area to work and relax. And the direct view of the sunrise out the back window was breathtaking! I would book again. The only reason I gave a 4 star for cleanliness was because the master bed linens didn't smell clean. Other than that, everything was very clean.“

„I booked this and did not get a message until the day of that the property was not available. I had already paid the 2 full payments and had to pay for 2 hotel rooms for the 4 of us. Several people tried to contact the owner Ike who is renting this unit out illegally. No response as of yet. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!“
