„The front lobby was an inviting gathering place. The queen bed and sofa were perfect firmness for me. The ice/snow storm were challenging, but the lot got plowed and salted, and the staff stepped up in helping one another to assist guests and get tasks done efficiently. Jimmy (GM), Barbara, Tiffany and Tiffany (staff I had interactions with) make this hitel unique and i really appreciated that my service dog DJ was treated like a guest, as well. I look forward to my next stay. “

„I really liked our room and the place is beautiful but the only thing I had a problem with was that the bed was not comfortable it had a very obvious area where the springs must of been broken “
