Nestled in the lively Mixson neighborhood, you’re nearby Park Circle's local shops, popular eateries, and numerous parks, providing endless enjoyment, and just 5 miles from the airport, 10 miles from downtown Charleston’s historic charm, and 15 miles from sunny beaches. Perfect for a refreshing escape in the heart of North Charleston!

- 15 minute walk to Park Circle Disc Golf Course and Park Circle Playground (the world's largest inclusive playground)
- 4 minute drive to restaurants/bars on East Montague Ave. or Spruill Ave.
- 5 minute drive to Firefly Distillery
- 8 minute drive to Riverfront Park
- 10 minute drive to Tanger Outlets/TopGolf/North Charleston Coliseum
- 11 minute drive to Charleston International Airport
- 15 minute drive to Downtown Charleston
- 25 minute drive to Sullivan's Island (nearest beach)

Park Circle:

Less than ten miles north of downtown, Park Circle is a lively community with unique character. A top local destination with a distinct neighborhood vibe, Park Circle is a planned community that dates back to the early 1900s. As its name suggests, Park Circle is anchored by a central circular park that has the world's largest inclusive playground which is echoed by several other nearby green spaces—including the city’s own disc golf course, which is free to the public.

Known today as North Charleston’s old “Main Street,” Park Circle’s East Montague Ave. is lined with quite a few storefronts and eateries. Grab a cup of coffee, pop into some local shops and snag a bite to eat, all without needing to wander too far in this very walkable area.


GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire townhome and off-street parking for one regular sized vehicle in the assigned space next to the townhome.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Guests need to reach out through the VRBO message thread for all communication unless in case of dire emergency.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation only. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.

Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS OR ALTERATIONS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, we recommend travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season (June through November). Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.

INSECTS

As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LUGGAGE STORAGE

Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed and will only be allowed once the property has been fully cleaned and inspected. If an early check-in is requested, we will do our best to have it ready prior to 4pm but under no circumstances should guests plan to arrive before receiving an early check-in message, nor should they continue to ask for updates.

Additionally, luggage storage nor any access to the property is offered prior to check-in. If luggage storage is needed we recommend Charleston Bag Valet.

LATE CHECKOUTS

Guests can request a late checkout at least 24 hours before their departure, but depending on the arrival/cleaning schedule for that day, there is no guarantee a late checkout can be accommodated.

Any guests requiring early check-ins or late checkouts are welcome to reserve an extra day to ensure their needs are met.

STAIRS

This is a two story townhome, with the bedroom/bathroom on the second floor. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access.

PACK N' PLAY

A pack n' play can be provided for guests at no additional charge upon request only.

SUPPLIES

All reservations are equipped with at least one towel/washcloth per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry pods. If any supplies run out mid-stay, guests are responsible to provide any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their trip.

ARRIVAL GUIDE:

The house manual will be sent out in the message thread used for booking at 9am THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL and will include all details we think you'll need for the townhome

HOUSE RULES:

QUIET HOURS

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Any violations will result in noise complaints being called in and possible removal from the property.

PARTIES/EVENTS/ADDITIONAL GUESTS

There are to be no parties/events or additional guests not listed on your reservation. Any violations are subject to removal from the property without a refund.

DECORATING

Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages and do not use any glitter or other similar decorative items that are difficult to clean. Damages due to tape removal or decorations needing additional cleaning will incur a $500 repainting/cleaning fee or potentially more if the damage is severe.

SMOKING/DRUG USE

There is to be no smoking/vaping anywhere indoors or any drug use on the property. Any evidence that guests have smoked indoors will incur a $500 fine. All guests are responsible for disposing of any cigarette butts properly as there are not to be left anywhere outside.

PET POLICY

Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly property. Any unauthorized pets will be subject to a $500 fine and cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

PLUMBING

Only toilet paper is to be flushed in toilets (no flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.). Any plumbing clogs due to items other than toilet paper being flushed will be charged to the guest.
