Stepping inside, the living spaces reveal an open-concept area adorned with a fresh mid-century modern aesthetic. Revel in the comfort of a large flat-screen Smart TV and a cozy U-shaped seating arrangement that beckons relaxation. The fully equipped and brightly lit eat-in kitchen stands ready for culinary adventures, with seating for eight to gather and savor delightful meals.

Venturing to the second floor unveils the four bedrooms, each adorned with king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. The primary bedroom, a sanctuary of its own, features a comfortable king-size bed, a charming reading nook, and an accompanying flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom offers both a standing shower and a separate soaking bathtub, providing a luxurious escape. Three additional bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a double vanity. An instant water heater guarantees hot showers in a quick moment!

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

Six family members visited the area for a Navy Graduation and siteseeing. This place had everything we needed. Plenty of comfortable space, comfortable beds, clean, well kept, and well equipped kitchen to cook some meals. Check In and Check Out was a breeze. definitely again.
