„Solides Hotel in Cincinnati Downtown. Das Flussufer (Banks) mit den Stadien und vielen Bars und Restaurants ist genauso fussläufig zu erreichen wie das Stadtzentrum (Fountain Square). Hier ist es leider mittlerweile relativ trist und wenig belebt, es gibt zwar noch zahlreiche Restaurants und damit etwas Nightlife, dafür kaum noch Geschäfte und entsprechend wenige Menschen an normalen Tagen. „Zu erst: sehr sehr dreckig. Der Cleanservice scheint schon lange nicht mehr durch geputzt zu haben... Die Betten sind gut. Und das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Die Lage um ins Zentrum / Downtown zu kommen, ist aber sehr gut. Abgewohnt ist es, was aber nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es zumindest sauber gewesen wäre. Wie haben 2 Zimmer gebucht und bei beiden war es sehr schmutzig. Ein Zufall kann es also nicht sein. Empfehlen würde ich daher nicht weiter “

„Very nice bathroom, large shower, quiet and good curtains to block out sunlight. Got plenty of sleep. Made use of the free streetcar. Would stay again. Minor negative: a/c could not keep up with the heat wave we had this weekend. Temp never dropped to level I set on the thermostat. But it was cool enough sleeping using only the bedsheet, no blankets.“

„Stay overall was pleasant. My only concern was that upon arrival, front desk staff indicated their whole system had been down for days and had to take the guest info manually. Upon checking out, they stated they were "Still Waiting" and had no way of final bill or even a general manager printout corroborating/explaining the situation and what to expect once resolved. “
