„Tolles Hotel für die Familie. Toller Wasserpark, Märchenwelt und Trickfiguren. Super Lage neben Kings Island. Hotel sehr sauber, die Zimmer richtig gross, einzig der Teppich in den Zimmern ist nicht so unseres. Aber vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.“

„The receptionist where great help and the kitchen staff as well. The housekeeping staff was okay. They didnt pick up the dirty towels or trash that we set aside for them for over 24 hrs. We had run into them for clean towels and they said we can leave the dirty ones outside our door for them to pick up, but it sat for over 24 hrs outside our door.“

„It was very close to my brother’s rehab facility. I do not live here. The staff was super helpful. Dining in restaurant was superb. Food was delicious. Everywhere in hotel was spotless. I enjoyed my stay for 2 nights.“

„The only issue I had was when we checked in, I could not have the room that I reserved on the Expedia app. The front desk told me that since i didn't reserve on the Hilton web site, I was NOT guaranteed the Specific room Amenities. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, I specifically reserved the roll in shower room on Expedia but did not get it. Once I checked in, I had no other choice than to take the room available. IF that was told to me on Expedia I missed it. Why Does this happen? I wasn't ...

„Requested and paid for handicapped room. When we arrived it was not available. Manager gave us an adjoining room at no extra charge as we needed 2 beds. He went out of his way to keep us happy.“

"Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Allgemeinbereiche waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit den Pool zu benutzen. Leider hat das Frühstück nicht zum Rest vom Hotel gepasst, es war eher wie in einem Motel. "

"Wir haben dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht, da es sehr nahe von Kings Island ist. Das preis leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden frisch renoviert und verfügen über sehr bequeme Betten. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen und empfehle es gerne weiter. Danke an das ganze Team für den angenehme Aufenthalt. "
