Great Location
We had to relocate to this property because of problem with first property. We were disappointed it did not have the hot tub that the first location had and was smaller, however the location was very good and the area was nicer than the first location. The townhome was nice and well appointed. The only problems we had were that the sheets on one of the king beds were not clean. Also the temperature controls were locked and set at 55 degrees with notes to Stay that way. It was very cold sleeping on the lower level where all the bedrooms were located.

Perfect ski house
Extremely pleased with this property. First time we did a VRBO including our dogs. Usually its only little dogs that are allowed we have two Border Collies and we felt very welcomed with them. The condo was wonderful very clean easy check in and check out. Everything that we needed was all set up for us, including dog bowls which we forgot. The condo set up is great the decor is ski theme and just makes you feel at home. We all were worried that the mattresses were too soft, but everyone agreed they were very comfortable and all slept great. Can keep going on but just going to say this is one of the best rentals we have had and has bumped out our number one winter rental. We will be returning. The dogs were happy and very comfortable there

The property was clean. What they dont tell you is the fresheners they use had a horrible smell which my husband ended up having a serve allergic reaction to and we had to end our stay early. Vasca didnt offer anything to us except a sorry. Also the couches and beds were very uncomfortable. You also could not regulate the temp it was either hot and stuffy or cold. Couches had food all in them. The place was close to everything which was nice but too many other issues to want to rent again.

2 Days in Conway
This trip included my husband and I with our adult children and their significant others and our younger child. Oh yes and our doodle. The home offered so much space that everyone could come together or have their own space to relax and feel as though they were on their own mini get away. The home was equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We did forget to leave a note stating the batteries were dead in the WII remotes which we were looking forward to playing when we say it. The kids got together for games in the loft while we prepared dinner. Looking forward to booking our winter getaway in a few months.

Bad Plumbing At Property Ruined Our Trip
We originally booked this property from Saturday, June 18th until Thursday, June 23rd. On Monday, June 20th at 3:30pm we noticed disgusting, brown, fecal contaminated water coming up from both shower drains in addition to both toilets all located on the basement level of the property. Due to the unsanitary and unhealthy conditions of the property my family and I left early. VRBO - I have pictures as well as a video to share of our stay at this property.

Excellent accommodations!
We loved this place. We stayed for nearly a month and enjoyed the location and the ample space the unit provided. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels etc. Beds are comfy too!

Perfect 3 night ski get away with our 4 adult children and 3 furry friends. Great location - so close to everything! House was perfect and very clean! Super comfy master bed to melt into after a long day skiing. The whole rental process couldn’t have been easier. We will definitely visit property again!

Get away
Decided to get away for a few days between jobs. The place is super nice, well stocked. Location is great and they allowed our fur babies which is very important to us. There’s hiking trails right off the property where we took nice long walks with the pups. Overall a great place and would definitely rent again!

Great getaway
My husband and I were looking to get to North Conway with our Golden Retriever for a couple of days. This condo easily accommodates 8 people but we took it because it was dog friendly and we knew approximately where it was. It was a great location and definitely spacious. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, slow cooker, instant pot, etc. The condo is an end unit and very quiet. It was also spotlessly clean. The bed was great with excellent linens. Our fog loved it too! We are in and the kitchen was a breeze to use. We also had a great time with the indoor basketball and fooseball table. The tv seemed to have many Chanel’s but we didn’t use it. We did make use of the grill on the deck. The steaks were great & the grill easy to use. There are mini split heaters/air units that kept the condo exactly as we would like it. There was also an air purifier(?) in our bedroom which worked well. I had a bit of an issue on check out that was my fault ( I forgot the key code). This was easily rectified by a call to customer service. Thank you! This is a great find. We hiked Black Cap and some other trails and had a great time. I messaged some friends and we are thinking of booking this in the winter for a ski trip. Thanks so much.

This place was great! It had everything we needed to be comfortable, and keep the kids busy for hours. It would be perfect in summer or winter. So close to so many attractions, super convenient. Simple to check in, and very detailed instructions for all utilities and electronics around the house.

Great Location, Spacious
Super quiet area set among trees. Lots of places for our little puppy to sniff! Generous floor plan, ample space for us to all spread out. Kiddo could watch TV in the Living Room while adults chatted near the fire place. Kitchen well stocked, even has a Keurig! AC was wonderful during this hot summer week. It could use more overhead lighting, but we did just fine. Netflix was a huge plus! I will add a large negative, though. The furniture is VERY uncomfortable. All of it. The couches are very hard and have low backs which makes it difficult to sit back and relax. We've stayed in many homes and usually the furniture isn't terrific, but these were by far the worst couches. The saving grace was the lounge side of the blue one, but that's only good for one person. Additionally, the beds are hard as rock (both queen and king). I have found this to be true at most homes we stay at, unfortunately, but feel it's worth noting. To make it worse, the King bed literally broke in half while we were sleeping - two times. They were super responsive and came out to repair it though! I was impressed with that. But, I wish property owners would buy furniture that they would be willing to use! That's how you get repeat customers. Due to the furniture, I don't think I'd stay at this unit again, unless they replaced the couches and beds/mattresses.

What was found when I arrived.
Had ants and found mouse dropping on floor in kitchen and rt upper side island draw. This was on a Thursday..Texted homes agent. Texted us back on Friday. Unable to get a pest person in as everyone was busy til Tuesday. Cleaned up mice dropping and washed protector heat mits that were in drop that mouse dropping had been found out. Vaccum floor and rugs. Found a vaccum cleaner cup of dirt. Was rather surprised at the dirt ad mouse dropping as I had received a text message that the property was being cleaned and that I would not be able to get in til 4:00. It should also be noted that we found a can of raid over the washer machine, so someone was aware of the ants prior to our arrival. Other than the problem found at time of arrival, we had a goodv weekend. The unit was well equipped and well laid out. A do not blame the owner for the problem we found, but was more upset that we were told the unit was being cleaned before we arrived. Ants are hard to get rid of but to not be able to handle the matter til Tuesday. There are numerous units on This property so I was surprised that the dont have a company on call. I have used VRBO Numeroios times and never had a problem like this one.
